I was told that I should purchase their used wheel covers and that it was not necessary to purchase new ones for $80 more. They arrived and are perfect; they look new! I am very happy! Also, I emailed to see if there were any other shipping options other than paying $33.90. I mentioned that I was retired and the shipping cost was an issue for me. The owner, Rick Dynek, responded and told me he would split the shipping cost with me and gave me a credit for $16.95. I am so impressed with Hubcaps Unlimited in every way!

No appointments needed, first come first serve type of service. It was $20 to plug a hole, and they fixed it right in front of the shop. Friendly and knowledgeable service. I asked them what the plug was made of and explain that it's some type of material that fuses into the tire when the tires are turning/running.

But when it was time to pay, the total was about $200 more than Costco. Then I was told, "I thought I told you that was just the tire price." That felt very misleading. If I'm bringing my car to you for tires, obviously I'm expecting them to be installed--not taking the tires home to install myself. Even worse, when I picked up my car, I found a large gouge and other damage on the rim. I brought it to the owner, Jeff, but he denied responsibility. My advice: take clear before-and-after photos of your wheels and vehicle before leaving your car here. I'm extremely disappointed with both the communication and how the damage was handled.

He was supposed to had patched 1 hole and take the tire off and rotated it on the rim itself which he charged $35 (But he blamed the additional $5.00 charge on the company that he deals with to process the debit/credit card payments). Less than 24hrs later my friend called me crying and upset and showed me this picture. When I went up there to show him the work he done first he tried to pretend like he didn't know who I was then he tried to act like he never worked on the tire then he tried to act like it was something she had did. And I explained to him you can CLEARLY SEE that the tire isn't making contact with the rim itself... Then when she called he tried to put the blame on me to say well why I'm not helping her out. When she took it back up there to get the tire fixed again there was a hole that he failed to fix initially. He showed no professionalism or level of responsibility and wants to argue and place blame on everything except for what he does. He looked over the tire and said the tire was in great condition he checked for leaks which there was. I had a rim leak. What I saw when he removed the tire from the rim was unbelievable all the crud and corrosion and whatever else was on that rim! He did a fantastic job he made the rim look brand new. He fixed my tire and he saved me a lot of money! That I am extremely grateful for. I also got a lesson on tires, "Tires 101" never will I have to rely on air pumps or the cars manual for the PSI I just need to look at the tire! It was fun had a really good laugh! I won't be going anywhere else for tires! Thank you again for everything!

Took it to the Toyota dealership and they said the calipers look new and are in complete working condition and the repairs without the calipers would only be $800 and thats including brake fluid. They are willing to help when you need it and don't push you off to when it's convenient for them. I've had my car here multiple times and always been satisfied with the work done and the customer service provided . Their shop inside is cool. Take some time to look at all the metal vintage inspired signs. Some are hilarious. I should've taken a picture. Next time I will. IE: There is one sign with a grenade pictured with a #1 tag on it's pin. It states: CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS-PLEASE TAKE A NUMBER. (Keep your sense of humor please.)
