I was surprised they didn't even offer a free car wash for the mistake. This is the worst Fast5Xpress location that I've been to…read more The layout/location of this place is terrible and it's hard to access from the opposite side of the street. What's even worse is that once you're done with your car wash, it's impossible to circle back around to get a round 2 wash if you need another one because you're literally forced to exit onto the main road, which won't let you back into the entry driveway. The entrance is also super short. Good luck not getting blocked by cars when there's congestion... leaving you to fight opposite traffic to get in. They also don't seem to care at all who has a membership and who doesn't. The non-member line seems to allow more people through quickly than the membership line. What's the whole point of a membership? Service is extremely inconsistent. I've had some attendants spray with pre wash before, but some who haven't. I've had some tape down my rear wiper; some haven't. I'm just glad that my wiper hasn't been ripped off yet.

The waiting area has A/C and plenty of seating for everyone waiting (it's a pretty busy place, for good reason!). Also some tables outside with umbrellas. Lots of drinks and snacks to tempt you as well while you wait. Overall, this is the place to get your car taken care of. Easy access right off PCH, great customer service, and your car will always come out looking brand new. Highly recommend!

The quick service was great but the quality of the wash was subpar. Many places on the car still had the spots and bug guts that I wanted cleaned. The price was not reflective of the quality of the service. I was expecting too notch service and was very disappointed. They tried to sell me a monthly subscription and I am so glad I didn't get it. I don't recommend getting a basic car wash here. To be fair, I have only been here once and haven't tried their other services.

The exterior was completely covered in pollen and had built-up dirt that made the paint look dull. The inside was even more challenging between pet hair, everyday mess, and food spills. The exterior is spotless and shiny, and the interior looks, feels, and smells completely refreshed. You can tell Vic/his team paid attention to the details instead of rushing through the job. Even the small areas that are usually overlooked were left incredibly clean. My neighbor sees my car almost every day, and when they saw it afterward, they genuinely thought I had bought a brand-new car! That alone says everything about the quality of their work. I got an interior and exterior detail and the seats did not seem to be shampooed well, there was wax residue left on the inside of my windows and minor things that just didn't seem to be wiped down thoroughly. Without looking too hard it's a good clean, but I've gotten details in the past and they've left my car looking brand new. This was more just like a good car wash. If your car is already pretty clean I would use them, but otherwise I don't think it was a true detail.
