I brought my daughter's car her a couple months ago to get it washed. I asked to sign up for the month since she was going to be snowboarding the next couple weeks. There was a line of cars behind me, guy helping us just told me to initial a couple spots and we moved on. I put the date in my phone so my daughter knew what date the month would expire. Noticed two months later a new charge came through on my card... immediately reached out. After looking into it, realized I'd been charged two more times. No worries, contacted the vendor cause companies are usually helpful when things like this happen. Nope, not these guys... they were basically like, sorry NOT sorry. Even though my daughter only went one more time because she said the wash DID NOT EVEN GET HER CAR CLEAN, so she didn't bother going again. I explained that we didn't know it was a recurring subscription, I had asked to sign up for the month, there was such a long line of cars waiting, the guy didn't tell me anyyyy info other than giving me the form and the spots to mark (why wouldn't that be the first thing they say????)... but I guess I should have paused and read the fine print. True, that's my bad, but I guess I'm too trusting in a local vendor? Especially when I stated I just wanted to sign up for the month... not indefinitely. They did offer to extend the car washes for two months, but given the fact that my daughter's car barely got clean AND there are several reviews about cars being scratched, I'd rather eat the money and support another local business. Save your TIME AND MONEY. Don't come to this car wash unless you want a dirtier car after the car wash... why did my car come out dirtier than it was before? When you go through the wash you can clearly see the murky water running down the brushes of the machine. The people directing you clearly don't get the dimensions of any vehicle correct. One of the machines completely side scraped the left side of my car and left permanent damaged with the paint scratched off. It doesn't matter what level of cleanliness you want or ask for because all the dirty water is just recycled for the car behind you. None of these prices clearly aren't worth it if your car comes out dirtier. Don't fall for it. read more

I'm bummed to even write this review, but feel I should in order to make the company aware. I bought the silver monthly package, as I live right down the street from the 17th street Costa Mesa location. I was happy with the results up until a couple weeks ago. Not sure if something is broken within the car wash, but the last two times I went through, it severely scratched the sides of my car and barely cleaned it. I cancelled my membership after this occurred as I'm sure they will not acknowledge or take responsibility for the damage. Anyhow - I have a Chevy Tahoe and need it cleaned weekly, as we have children in sports. If you care about your paint job, I would not recommend going to this location. I now need to get these scratches hopefully buffed out. And when I cancelled my monthly membership and gave this reason why - I got a generic email back of "sorry to see you go!" read more

You drive up, pay, then you drive around to the car wash and after you go through the car wash, you can vacuum and use the air to blow the rest of the water off. I have been coming here fairly often since they opened. The attendant guiding cars onto the conveyor belt today around 5:00 pm was very rude. I was having trouble getting my car onto the conveyor belt and he yelled at me. He kept telling me to turn my wheels, then take my hand off the steering wheel then yelled at me because I didn't turn my wheels. I have never had this experience here before. I think I'm going to have to give up at this point. It's broken twice now while I'm in line and I wasted time just sitting there in line each time only to be given some card for a free wash. Then when I give them the card it takes them time to process that. Not to mention if you are in the lest lane it's like 2 cars go on the right lane because the process the payment slow on the left. They should put another auto pay thing on the left lane too. The people are nice enough but when they let it back up, then there's no room to vacuum your car which again I've paid for it and can't use it. read more

Five stars for customer service. Purchased the silver car wash ($11) but noticed the hood of my suv was unclean after driving thru. The attendants allowed me to pass through again to remove the extra dirt. Love the vacuums here, they are newer then most car washes and have a thinner suctioning tube to get in between your seats. They also offer free air, maybe for tires, but I see more people using it to blow out crumbs and debris from tight places. Please fix the rolling dry and shine at the end of the car wash. I'm referring to the really large one that spins and dries the hood of your car and windshield. It used to drop low enough to fully dry the hood but now it completely misses the hood and part of my windshield! I pay a premium for this additional function and it no longer does what it's supposed to do. My car comes out very wet. I expressed my concerns several times but no one has done anything about it.
