You can tell there is real ownership behind the place because someone always seems to be walking around, checking on customers, and making sure the details are handled. But I find it hard to find trustworthy people to hand my keys over with full trust knowing I'll get my truck back without any issues, even better than expected. Premier 7 is THE place. It's worth every penny you spend. Not only do they do a thorough job inside and out, the service is top tier. When you pull in, you're most likely going to be greeted by Angel. Hard to miss that smile! There are so many options and packages to choose from, Angel makes sure I choose the right one each time. Never pressures me to spend more than I need to. Top notch. The waiting area has A/C and plenty of seating for everyone waiting (it's a pretty busy place, for good reason!). Also some tables outside with umbrellas. Lots of drinks and snacks to tempt you as well while you wait. Overall, this is the place to get your car taken care of. Tried this place because my NB car wash joint closed their doors recently for business. I was in the waiting area after I dropped off my car for no more than 15 minutes total and lo and behold my car was ready to go. The quick service was great but the quality of the wash was subpar. Many places on the car still had the spots and bug guts that I wanted cleaned. The price was not reflective of the quality of the service. I was expecting too notch service and was very disappointed. They tried to sell me a monthly subscription and I am so glad I didn't get it. I don't recommend getting a basic car wash here. I got my car washed here for the first time last week after my boss kept telling me I had to check out Premier 7 because he knows the owner personally. Now I completely understand why he recommended it. I've already been back, signed up for a membership, and even told several of my coworkers they need to try it. The experience is completely different from a typical car wash. The whole place has an amazing vibe, the lounge is beautiful, and everyone is genuinely welcoming. I think a lot of people assume it's expensive because you see Ferraris, Porsches, and Teslas there all the time, but I was surprised my wash was only $21. Even better, they applied it toward my first month of my membership, which made the decision easy. I had the chance to meet JD, who was incredibly friendly and made everyone feel welcome. Yesenia at the front was absolutely amazing she was kind, knowledgeable, and made the whole visit effortless. You can tell this team truly cares about the customer experience. I'm officially hooked. You can easily get an express detailing in less than 1 hour on the weekends making it such a convenient option. They have ample, comfortable waiting areas (indoor and outdoor) as well as snacks/drinks/car accessories to for purchase. The windshield was still a little moist afterwards, but nothing to complain about. The self serve vacuums are next level. The suction power was insane, like nothing Ive ever experienced in other places. Inside, the lobby is spotless and well stocked with snacks, drinks, car care supplies and complimentary coffee drinks, which is really a nice touch. Received a free express car wash to try through text and boy did it not disappoint! I maintain my new vehicle regularly plus I have a ceramic coating which makes it a breeze to keep clean and was in the area so I swung by today! I experienced great customer service from Nevin, Janel and the owner! You stay in your car the entire time (unlike the more expensive washes), pull into the express lane and use the kiosk. You then proceed up to the mouth of the car wash tunnel and put the car into Neutral. Your car slowly moves through a smooth cleansing experience where no filthy brushes move over your nice paint (creating the dreaded swirl marks), just lovely auto purifying foam and ionized water. You exit and then proceed to the free self vacuum zones. Vacuums are super powerful and they allow you 7 minutes to complete vacuuming. The waiting area where you wait when you pay for more expensive washes (that I don't need) is very nice and clean. For all you snotty assholes with horrible attitudes that come with filthy vehicles then come bitching to the young people that work there that your ride isn't spotless clean, well duh, F*ck off. Wash your damn car at home or upgrade to a complete detail job because no basic car wash is gonna perform a miracle to get your nasty ass car clean if you just went four wheel driving through mud, only wash your car once a year or whatever. Being reasonable and realistic is truly hard for some. For those of you that regularly maintain your vehicle and want a truly touch-less car wash experience, this is the spot for you! This type of responsive management is extremely rare in today's day and age. My car is consistently clean after I go through the wash, and there are always several employees that are very attentive and watching every step of the process to ensure that everything is dialed in. After 15 years of going to strong competitors, I have found my new car wash home! -- I must also point out that they have other car wash packages that I have personally not used yet, but I see the highest end cars here in Newport Beach looking absolutely spotless with many people working on them, so I would trust them fully with my own car. One more thing! -- the vacuums are fantastic. They always have a very strong suction and my favorite thing about them are the nozzles. Other car wash nozzles are flat and just stick to the surface while you vacuuming, thus blocking off the suction airflow and defeating the purpose of a vacuum... These, on the other hand, have a special indentation on them so that the suction will continue to flow. I brought my car in today for a full wash, vacuum, and wheel detailing. I paid $100 without hesitation because my car is less than a month old and I wanted it cleaned properly after the recent rain. Unfortunately, when I got back in my car and drove away, I immediately noticed smudged dirt still on my windshield. I didn't bother going back because the place had gotten extremely busy and I needed to be somewhere, but for the price, I expected the job to be done right the first time. This is a really great car wash! I just recently did the Premiere full service package and am super happy with it! I let them know I had a lot of bugs on the front and they suggested a pre-wash add on (definitely worth it). Got my ticket, paid inside, and then only waited 20 mins in their lounge area. I tipped once I got my car and appreciated them coming inside to get me! I love the tire service, they look amazing!
