Jonathon is an exceptional customer service oriented employee. He is always delightful. He greets me everytime, asks me how I am, even opens the doors and goes above and beyond to hit every corner of the car when he's drying the vehicle. I've asked the owner several times to incorporate a system or option to electronically tip these guys who bust their a** for us and still am waiting on that implementation. Bring cash in the meantime and you'll be pleased with the service and job. It's not a professional detail but for $7-$12 you can't complain. This is a good gas station right at the 55 & Newport Blvd. The pricing is a little high but their location is great. The carwash is actually pretty good and the staff is friendly. The only thing that really sucks about this place is that when you use your CC to fill up your tank the pump stops at $100 so for people with big trucks like me I have to use two different CC's and insert my cars twice. read more

I stop here a lot to get gas or a snack after getting off work. Last time I stopped in I asked for the restroom/ bathroom door code and was told the restrooms were closed. It was about 10:30 pm. The hours are listed as 24/7, but apparently the restrooms are not. It's unclear what the restroom hours are. There were no signs on the doors indicating they were closed. When I first walked in no one was at the register and I walked through the whole store looking for the employee who ended up being in the backroom. He didn't seem to be aware a customer was in the store and seemed irritated I asked to use the restroom. read more

The initial rinse and scrub is done by hand, then the hardcore wiping and special soap is automatic, followed by towel-drying to finish things off. This is not your standard car wash where they have the spinning flaps or the powerful jets of water. When you drive in and pay. The attendant sprays water on your car then takes a soaped up broom and scrubs bubbles on your car. Then it goes into the actual wash and the jet of water washes the soap off then you have a person on the other most to wipe your car dry. I forgot to take a photo of how my car looked afterwards. It almost looked the way it was before the wash as if it was not washed at all. Worst car wash ever. Waste of $12 and a couple bucks to tip the guy wiping the car. read more

I'm a little hesitant to post this review because this place is busy enough, but I love giving my money to small businesses who do a great job. This is by far the best car wash for the money in the area. It's a combination of hand wash and car wash. They do an amazing job and my car gleams when I drive out of there. Everyone there is courteous and helpful. The guy who drys you off always calls me "Brother" and he means it. Very nice experience. As I said it can get busy and they will only do 1 car at a time so if you are in a hurry and there's a line, you may want to come back later. Personally I think its worth the wait. It's a little hard to find. Just pull into the 76 station on Newport and 19th, the car wash is in the back. Enter on the north side of the building. Well this is NOT the case here, two guys in the back who wash down your car prior to entering and then take the time to TOWEL dry your car leaving your car shiny and new. This car wash does NOT have bristles or flaps of material that come down hard on one's car (which I like as less likely to scratch paint or damage.) You can pay at gas pump for wash or with cashier. Two persons wash your car, then car with you inside goes through high powered rinse with wax and spot free rinse, and someone hand dries your car at end. The staff here is friendly, care about customers, and thankful for your business. I always tip them well as they are working hard in the hot sun to get you through fast and they are appreciative. I was on the way to the gym when I get to my car and noticed there were THREE different bird poops on my windshield. I was on the way to the gym but needed a quick car wash so I stopped here! There have three different tiers, 6.99 8.99 and I believe 10.99 and all are hand washed and hand dried!!! (Something I didn't know before going) the men that washed my car did such a great job at cleaning my car that I was so sad I didn't have cash to tip them. I asked the older gentleman cleaning the inside of my car if he had a Venmo because I didn't have cash and I didn't know it was hand washed and he told me not to worry about it, just to come back for another wash. I ended up going to the cvs down the street and going back because how could I not tip them after such excellent service. Paid 9 bucks for the "deluxe" machine car wash with three guys total work on the finishing touches. the first guy did my wheels and tires, the two guys on the end wiped my windows and even cleaned my dashboard and my windsheild from the inside!
