He kept making excuses and then basically ghosted me. I kept pestering and he finally admitted that PTCAV went out of business last year. He concealed that fact during several weeks of futile communications about our need for system repair. I believe that he lied about the situation for weeks, claiming that he was ill, etc. and promising to get back to me. Ryan is apparently working for some other company that doesn't mind trolling for customers under false pretenses. I fully intend to identify Ryan's new employer and notify them of the treatment we received. I doubt it will do any good.

The previous owner said to just call Chad and he would get me fixed up with the Crestron App and all the needed codes and passwords. I reached out to Chad since I wanted 3 TVs installed and controlled by the Crestron system and I wanted a new Crestron remote for the family room. He was so busy it took a long time for him to respond. From start to finish, the service was abysmal. I had to wait days, sometimes even a week, just to get a simple reply. This kind of delay is unacceptable, especially in a business that relies on timely communication. It felt like he couldn't care less about my business, resolving my issues or answering my questions. The owner, Chad, comes off as arrogant and dismissive, which only adds to the frustration. Instead of addressing my concerns, he brushed them off and made me feel like my business was not valued. I absolutely do not recommend using Audiothority. Save yourself the headache and find a company that actually values its customers and provides the service they promise. You don't want to install a system in your house and then wait weeks if service is needed (and service is ALWAYS needed after the installation).

I was fortunate to catch them with a last minute opening and the tech came in and quickly got to work on measuring and getting the bracket up for me. I also have requested to find a way to hidetthe cord from my sound bar to go behind the wall. My set up looks clean and the tech told me to contact them back if I want to add more things to it so they can customize a few things behind the wall. I was shown how to adjust the TV as I opted for a bracket that can swivel out 90 degrees. Pricing is extremely fair and look online for specials and coupons. Give em a call and tell them what you want done and they will make it happen. Just be sure you know what type of bracket you want (flush or swivel like mine) as pricing obviously varies with that.

Everything was installed as he said it would be, and he made sure we understand how to work everything. His prices were also incredibly reasonable. Over the years, he has been available for phone calls when we've had little hiccups. Always friendly and happy to help make sure things are running smoothly. Recently, our remote started glitching. When he brought the replacement out, it still wouldn't work. He had the company to credit us for the broken remote and got us a great price on an upgraded remote. He then came back out AGAIN to get that set up. He could easily be charging us for all this extra work, but he isn't. When we offered to pay him for coming out and making sure the remote was set up correctly, he refused payment and said "I just want to make sure you have a working system."
