Everything that arrived was measured perfectly. The price and quality are both very good for shutters and blinds. The composite plastic style shutters we got are *solid*. The guys who came to install them showed up promptly, did an excellent job and were very friendly; and did the whole house with downstairs shutters in just under 2 1/2hrs. I told David I needed black out blinds and showed me Zebra blinds which pull down for black out blinds but you can also pull from the top pull to have a transparent privacy shad which lets light in during the day but from the outside people cannot view inside the house.
