I was dealing with a Kyle , we discussed a deal and he said he would hold car till I do a test ride. He stated that I could put down a deposit and the car would not be sold. I agreed and said the financial person would call me and take the deposit. Never received call. (Sat.) . On Monday he sends a text saying they were too busy to call. The service is incredibly rude, every time we've made an appointment they keep the car for Far longer than told the when we haven't had a choice but to take it there the woman Ashlynn told us it would be fixed the next day we never got an update or anything and it was not done the day she said but no communication was made I understand they are busy but when you rely on your car bc you have 3 kids to transport to school and sports it's very frustrating to not know what is going on!! read more

Worst dealership I've ever had an experience with in all my years of buying vehicles. Multiple issues getting anyone to answer the phone after buying the truck and having issues. Service department is the worst in the business. Spoke with Paul the GM and he wasn't any help either. Truck was purchased 5 months ago and still haven't received items on the promise note when purchased. I wouldn't buy anything from them ever again if they were selling vehicles at cost off the lot. I purchased a vehicle that had 32,000 miles on it. When purchasing the vehicle I heard a noise and the service center was asked to look into it. They stated that there were no issues found yet less than 30 days later we were back to have the problem diagnosed and repaired. Needless to say changing an axel and brake booster on a vehicle with less than 36,000 miles is uncommon. I continued to have issues with the vehicle and took it in. Both times I was told it was nothing but the problems persisted and noises grew louder. The service center acted as though I was clueless and offered explanations that I would give to a 10 year old child. I'm not sure if this is their normal protocol or if it was because I'm a female and they deemed me clueless. After picking up my 2015 Traverse I sold it and purchased a new vehicle from a dealership who had no issues with assisting a female in purchasing a reliable car. They thought nothing of my questions and didn't blow me off with unacceptable answers. I would like to thank Samuel Tucker, sales representative and Paul Schaffer, his manager for the great job they did making things easier and so convenient during a very trying time. My old car was totaled by a tree during a bad straight wind storm. I was driving it at the time. I am a caregiver 24/7 to my husband. When my husband saw me and later the car after the accident, he was very upset and concerned about me having to purchase a car on my own plus being away from him to do this.
