They kept using alot of force that made me super uncomfortable and painful for my crown to not fit. I felt like I just wasted 2 hours of my time. This isnt the first time a crown arrived and didnt fit but this is the 2nd and I honestly felt dissatisfied and upset for how they handled it. The receptionist was fully aware I'd been waiting nearly an hour, and the best she could do was offer me a cup of water. Seriously? When I finally walked out, I made it clear how unprofessional and disrespectful this was. Only then did she apologize and offer to reschedule me with a different dentist at the same location. Absolutely not. I won't be wasting my time again. This office clearly doesn't value patients' time or show the slightest urgency or professionalism. Between the ridiculously long waits and lack of quality care from past visits, I'm done giving them chances. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere--this place is not worth it.

I called and asked why I haven't been called to schedule an appointment and they said it wasn't approved through my insurance yet. I got so frustrated so I called my insurance company and found out that I was approved 3 days later. They argued with me and said that they did not get an approval yet. So I provided the confirmation approval number and they still argue that they didn't get no confirmation. I let it go and let them fill in my tooth a 1month and 1weeks later. A couple months later that tooth filling came out. On January 10th 2025 I went in and they told me I would have to wait again for an approval to fill in the tooth. I noticed it was going on three weeks again so I took it upon myself to call my insurance again. Turns out it was approved the NEXT DAY on January 11th. I explained to my insurance what was going on and she said would you like me to three-way them and let them know that your approval was approved. And let me tell you how awkward that's conversation was. The Asend receptionist kept saying they didn't receive the approval and my insurance kept telling her we approved it the next day! This is the second time this has happened and it was only for a tiny filling. Like seriously I feel bad for people who are in serious pain and have to wait for an (approval) that has been already approved. They are slackers and I don't appreciate that. Unless you wanna wait for over a month to get your teeth worked on I highly suggest you don't go there!

Dr Chen is an amazing dentist. I am a patient of his, but this time I went in with pain, no…read moreappointment and asked to be seen. I was treated with respect, and in the middle of his busy day, he took care of me. I ended up having a "bruised tooth" that is a real thing and possibly one of the most painful things I've endured. My X-rays showed nothing but he knew what it was. He helped me by taking off a little of the surface where the hurt tooth touched any other tooth, so that it was able to calm down and eventually it will heal. I literally couldn't close my teeth together it hurt so bad. When it was 99%, I told him a little more, when I closed my mouth after it was at 100%... I literally cried tears of gratitude. Thank you Dr Chen. And your kind Staff.
