I didn't know which one I just told them I wanted the vibration in my car to be settled, and I know this vibration is caused by the mounts. I also needed an axle replacement and break replacement. Charged me $1300 only so they can fix my axle and breaks. The vibration in my car was the same. If anything it is getting worse now. I also told them to inspect my car to see if there is anything else to fix. They said "we cleaned up your throttle body free of charge" bullshit. They added that into costs and also now my serpentine bet is bad. Don't take your fucking car here, this motherfucker has drug addicts working there. I hate looking for a mechanic. After I gave him the make, model, and year of my vehicle, Ronnie suggested I contact the dealership first to check if the repair might still be covered under warranty. I really appreciated how thoughtful and honest that was--he easily could have had me come in and pay out of pocket. I followed his advice, and sure enough, the repair was fully covered under warranty. I was extremely grateful for that. I do have a few other repairs that need to be done, and I will definitely be going back to Ronnie for those instead of the dealership. My 2001 Pontiac Aztek had a check engine light that kept coming on. They told me all the problems it could be and prioritized it by likelihood and price. They went down the list and addressed each one. The final one was a bad valve and they replaced it but the check engine still did not go off. Instead of charging me for it, they took it out and returned it and didn't even charge me the labor cost. They got my car fixed multiple times in the past but at this point it's just too old and they advised me to not put any more money into it. I trust them with my car and know that they won't take advantage of my lack of knowledge about car issues. I highly recommend First Auto and will always use them for any issues with my new car.
