I was hearing a rattling/banging noise coming from the rear passenger section of my car and the back end was just bouncing up and down. I thought I may have just needed new shocks but come to find out the entire assembly had rusted through and I needed framework and not just a shock replacement. They were professional enough to recommend a shop that would be able to do the job my car needed. I was very grateful that they didn't try to pretend to be able to fix the car and didn't end up getting shoddy service. I recommend this business on sheet honesty alone! Highly recommend this location. The customer service is great, always willing to go the extra mile to help you out. The pricing is pretty reasonable. We are so fortunate to have Rizzo and the other guys at Western Auto Care in the neighborhood! We started going to him a few years ago because of the convenience, but now we wouldn't take our cars anywhere else. Not only was the work done perfectly, but he also saved me a ton of money compared to what the dealership would've charged. On top of that, we have an old truck that has been on the brink of dying more times than I can count. Somehow, Rizzo keeps bringing it back to life, keeping us running smoothly and safely. I could not get an appointment with the dealership to have my car checked due to a check engine light that came on late Sunday. I called their shop in the morning, and Rizzo told be to bring it by to take a look at it. I basically needed a tune up which he was able to get done that day. Service was fast and affordable. I trust what Rizzo says I need done on my car and they do great work, quickly. What more could you ask for in a repair shop?

I came here twice for repairs the 1st time was for a tune up. Once the tune was completed I was instructed that if the check engine light comes on I may need a catalytic converter. About a few weeks later the light comes on and I was dreading the repair because I knew it would be expensive. Overall I tried to cut cost but hate I made the mistake of not coming back here. I went to another shop and the repair was done but I had to go back three times and was told it was a bad converter because it wasn't purchased from them. I came here for a second opinion and was told I need a computer relearn and to drive 50-60 miles. I came back and was told to drive some more so I did and was told I was ready to take the test. I took the test and passed. I will bring my vehicle here for all repairs and will not go anywhere else. The service is great and he was very honest to begin with and has gained my trust! read more

Just off 91st and Western there's a new, extremely clean auto repair shop that I cannot recommend enough. For years, the location has been an empty gas station. Until Rizzo and his family bought it.
