I've been to Mitch's a couple of times now and have had a great experience every time! The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, and the bagels are always fresh and really good. My go-to is the Hangover, which has bacon, egg, cheese, and a hash brown on a bagel. It's delicious and definitely filling! They also have a nice variety of coffee drinks to choose from. The shop itself is really cute and has a casual, friendly atmosphere. On our last visit, we came in toward the end of the day, close to closing. Since they make their bagels fresh every day, one of the staff members offered us some extra bagels to take home on the house rather than letting them go to waste. 9/18/2026 Good energy at Order counter where I was told "we take care of business here." I enjoyed an egg breakfast and ordered it with toast and Turkey Bacon. Ate in the restaurant and walked outside wondering why I still seemed a little hungry. Turned out I never received my Turkey bacon. Two months later I visited again on a weekday morning before work. Not crowded but the two males ordering at the counter were slow at deciding, apparently, and I got tired of waiting so I left. I may try to eat here again after Halloween 2026. We had such a great first time experience at Mitch's for breakfast. My husband and I both ordered the bagel sandwiches. I tried the rainbow bagel, it was so soft and delicious! I skipped the coffee this time, but loved seeing fresh orange juice from local Pompano brand Kennesaw on the menu. We found the restaurant after a bit of confused walking around. It is located between the two buildings on a drive parallel to Sample. The place is super clean and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The coffee came out fast and so did the food. Our two breakfast sandwiches were better than we expected! Came here again and took my mom for her first time. We came around 1pm and were able to secure a seat without fighting people for it, but it was pretty full in there. Staff were super nice and they kept the place and tables clean and organized. I didn't know this till today, but they'll validate your parking as well! I got the same bagel I got last time (the hangover + cream cheese spread) and it was just as good as the first time I got it. I had been to other Mitch's locations so I was happy to learn that they recently opened in Coral Springs. Located at Sample and University by the Modera Building. There is street and garage parking. If you park in the garage you can scan a QR code in the restaurant and your parking is validated for up to three hours. The restaurant had just recently opened, it was fully staffed and service was efficient. It is bright and welcoming. There are a few tables inside. I ordered The Hangover on a sesame seed bagel which was prepared as described with egg, cheese, bacon, and a hash brown, it was delicious. Staff checked on us a couple times during our visit and brought us some complementary rainbow cookies. This is a great new location which is perfectly located below a new apartment complex at Sample Road and University Drive just north of The Walk in Coral Springs. The restaurant is pretty small with a few tables inside and a few small tables outside. There is a parking garage next door and street parking in the front which they will validate your parking for an hour while you order and eat. The menu is similar to their other locations for bagels and coffee. It took a while to get my drink and food which was expected and I appreciate the employees checking in with me. I ended up getting my drink and I thought it was pretty good. It literally tasted like nothing, which is strange because it comes with cheddar cheese, kale, everything bagel, pastrami, and I got egg whites. This Mitch's Downtown is fairly new and opened up recently in the brand new downtown of Coral Springs! I was so excited to try it out as I've heard great things about Mitch's in other locations! I loved the vibe even though I wish it could have a little more outdoor seating and it's a bit small inside. The menu looks amazing though! We were going around lunch so the bagels were all almost sold out so definitely have to go earlier to try some of the fresh bagels they have on display! I ordered the Cali chicken cutlet sandwich on rye! All of their sandwiches you can get on a variety of breads, wraps or bagels! I thought the service was quick and made fresh to order. The Cali chicken cutlet sandwich was decent I just don't think I'd get it again! A bit too greasy from the bacon and I think a better sauce other than green goddess would pair better with the combination but that's my opinion. The chicken and avocado was super fresh though. I definitely want to stop by again soon and I will when back in Coral Springs as I definitely want to try the bagels to see if they live up to the hype read more
