After I ate, I met and talked to the owner Tony, and he told me the history of his family from Brooklyn, and there are a few pictures hanging on the wall of his family over the years. You have a choice of bread from white, wheat rolls, and focaccia. I was informed by the husband the focaccia is made fresh daily by his wife so of course I had to try that.
