Jeremy at Concept Motors conducts business with a high amount of professionalism and integrity. He genuinely cares about helping people find a car that is safe and reliable, but also affordable. When I came to Concept Motors looking at cars Jeremy was very honest and straight with me. He did not withhold any information about the cars. He made sure i knew both the GOOD and the BAD with each vehicle that i was interested in. This helped me make a very informed decision. They did want to fix any of the issues. We had to twist their arm just to drop the price three hundred bucks. When there repairs to make things right of $860.95. They acted like we were trying to rob them. We bought the Escape they did not even fill the gas tank with gas. I drove Escape just a mile down the road and the gas light came on after telling there was gas in the car. Two weeks later before I had an appointment to fix all the issues the Ford Escape would not move by stop sign. I had all I could do to get it gear to move the car to a parking lot. I got towed to the mechanic and got bad news the transmission is burned out. It will cost anywhere from three thousand to four thousand to fix the transmission. Tried reach to them if they could work something out. Chip said read the paperwork you sign. It sold as is. You bought it you own it. I can't believe these great reviews this can't be the same guy. On Monday, June 15 2020 I took my GMC Sierra in for a recall repair. NOT A SINGLE employee wore a…read moremask, not even service department person who took my key. Nor did the person who worked on my vehicle and who drove it outside for me upon completion. There was no attempt to wipe down etc. There was an elderly gentleman ahead of me who brought to their attention of the service manager the lack of PPE and all I saw the serviceman do was merely shrugged his shoulders. Hopefully this gentleman voiced a formal complaint as well. This, after receiving an email from Elhart president in April that said the dealership was taking "proactive action for the safety of staff and customers" but that appears to be merely lip service. Since Elhart doesn't wish to actually practice safely during this time, I have no desire to return. I had a part ordered for replacement, and now they're telling me that the only way it can be installed is to bring it in. It is a very simple piece that could simply be shipped to and installed by me, but instead they are making it difficult. They do not seem to understand or respect customers health so I am addressing with corporate Update: 7/8/20 It has been three weeks now and still no one from Elhart or GM has contacted me about this issue. It is abundantly clear they do not care about their customers' Concerns or safety. I have emailed Jim Elhart himself, I guess I will wait and see if he takes any action. For now, I would advise all to avoid this dealership. The part in question was shipped and arrived unknowingly at my door a few days later. It is ironic that the dealerships' motto is "Be Nice." Mr Elhart, it would be nice If your general manager Simon Jones had a better knowledge of his products. It would be nice if Mike Hazelwood had returned my call regarding the service issue that day.
