Checking this place out and need to get polish to make my nails look better! Lol! Clean, safe and practiced. A worker was kind and greeted. They have tons of different polishes. Found a good color. Self checkout and go. Good service and store. Recommended! read more

I have used CVS pharmacy for many years, in different cities and across the United States and it's typically the same... they are not friendly, they don't care to help their customers with a caring attitude. They are defensive and combative, which is very interesting considering how many different CVS pharmacies I have used in my years. Do they TRAIN their pharmacists to behave without compassion? I have been forced to use them for my dogs prescription which is not available anywhere else. Sadly, my dog is on her way out. On that note... good riddance CVS PHARMACY! Looking forward to never doing business with y'all ever again. See you never. read more

I have been stuck in the middle of the pharmacy drive thru line for 30 minutes and it has not moved one car!! I can't even get out of the line and go home. I have a car full of groceries in my trunk!! I hate this pharmacy and will change after this I finally was able to get out of the line after 40 minutes! The car holding up the line was still waiting. I was able to leave because a car in front of me also left! I came home without my husband's pain meds. They should have asked the driver of the first car to come inside or pull into a parking spot until they could sort out the problem. I told my husband to start filling his prescriptions at Walmart!!! read more

Just a heads up.... If you make an appointment for the new COVID shot you might want to call ahead as they are using up their available doses on walk ins. Other than that this CVS is great and the Pharmacy staff are very kind and helpful. read more

Visited today with a 30% off coupon and when checking out I was informed the coupon # did not match my CVS number my cell phone # the coupon had an unknown number but our name and address! Basically told it was up to me to contact Corporate and have number corrected my response not interested or did I have the time and indicted I would not be purchasing items . The manager then walked over saying there was nothing they could do but reluctantly agreed to recheck items with discount with a total S !!! attitude will not be back . WARNING Do NOT use this CVS "Minute Clinic" for your mandatory COVID test for travel to Hawaii. Hawaii unfortunately has a select list of "approved partners" that are the only places they'll approve your test from. CVS is unfortunately one of them. Per Hawaii's rules, you cannot get your test any sooner than 72H before your departing flight. CVS says testing turnaround times are 1-2 days, but it's been 3.5 and one of my friends never got his back in time and therefore could not go. The "clinic" was absolutely useless when I called in a panic today before the flight trying to figure out what's going on and instead gave me an automated number that just hangs up on you when you try to get a real person. They do not run the tests themselves, they send them to LabCorp, who also were useless when I spent hours on the phone today trying to track down his test. So instead of going to Hawaii, my friend is out $125 for his test at CVS and had to get his flight refunded. Absolutely ridiculous that CVS is even an "approved partner" if they can't even get their tests done in time. I will be trying to get a refund but honestly I doubt I'll even be able to get ahold of anyone. read more

Woooooooorst ever! My son broke his arm so I went and dropped off his script for pain meds at 11am. They said to come at 2:00 and it will be ready. I came at 2:45 and they tell me there was a "glitch" and it hasn't been done. It's now 3:05 and I am here with my child. It still isn't ready. The only reason I went here is because they already had us in the system and it was supposed to be easy and fast. I did everything right on my end. So irritated with CVS. read more

The wait in the drive through line took an hour to pick up a prescription. Doing COVID testing in a pharmacy drive through pick up line is a terrible idea. Especially if the pharmacy is understaffed and unable to efficiently serve this way. I will not be back to this location and suggest you avoid it! This CVS is pretty quiet- so there are no lines and I can pick up a tube of Roc eye cream that is sold out in a bunch of other drugstores. I am not sure how long they will be in business, since a new CVS is being built near the Dicks Sporting Goods shopping complex... What is going on with this mall, anyway? The post office closed... There is a freaking pumpkin patch / Christmas tree lot in a big part of the parking lot in front of the now defunct anchor store. Anyway, this store is in the mall with Hunan Kitchen and the Dollar Tree. read more

Do not go to the pharmacy if you care for yourself or your health. I had a routine prescription for A YEAR and they constantly never knew who I was, even though I was in the system. Recently they gave some bad advice to a friend of mine and we are now sitting in the ER. If you enjoy slow service and mediocre advice, this is the place for you. read more

So disappointed with this pharmacy - will never take another prescription there. I had been getting the same prescription refilled for over 14 years and only because the physician mistakenly didn't include the strength on my prescription - they wouldn't fill it. Did I mention it was the SAME prescription for the last 14 years? Unbelievable! They should've filled the prescription and had me sign a waiver stating I knew it was being filled with missing information and then confirmed with the physician the next day. The fact that they just flatly refused a refill with a written script that is over 14 years old screams bureaucracy and lack of common sense. I'm done. I'd rather go to a new pharmacy each month than give my business to a pharmacy who doesn't recognize or respect their long time customers. read more

This is a good pharmacy except for being terribly understaffed for picking up prescriptions. Stopped by at 4:30 pm today to pick up a med. Five or six people already waiting in line, with just one staffer. Left and came back two hours later. Four disgruntled people ahead of me in line. Again, just one counter clerk, and she was ALSO working the drive-through window! read more

I have finally had it with this pharmacy. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The location makes it my obvious choice but the consistently bad service isn't worth it. I will go out of my way to another CVS from now on. The long lines, rude replies to questions, telling you to come back in an hour only to tell you they can't fill your prescription until the next week, Someone in charge must notice the unhappy customers - why is this allowed to continue? read more
