I went to this location to drop off an Amazon return but was turned away. Per Amazon instructions, I was to present the QR code. Amazon did not give me the option to print a shipping label. CVS turned me away saying they could not print a shipping label and I needed to put the shipping label on the box. Obviously, the store is behind Amazon's policy as I do not have an option to print a shipping label. read more

I never write reviews, but this girl checking people in at the pharmacy is phenomenal! Didn't catch her name but she was working three registers at once to speed up the line. I then left my phone on the counter and she ran out to give it to me. What a wonderful person! Thank you! read more

The staff here is always friendly and have gone above and beyond to fix any issues with prescriptions and insurances. The doctor has been on hold for a few minutes now because my doctor keeps sending the wrong cream. I appreciate all the hard work this cvs does. Glad I live near this one because the last one by my house was always a terrible experience. read more

Checked out most, but not this one! Really nice, safe and clean! Lots to look at. Good music playing. Ended up getting a glitzy ring after I lost mine. The worker was kind at checkout. Good service and store! Recommended! read more

Osvaldo was very rude when I came in to pick up my RX. He said the computer wanted me to talk to the Pharmacist about vaccines and I told him i recently had all 3 on my last visit. He wouldn't even look it up.. I have already had this RX before and know the protocol. Why would I get notified that my RX was ready and then be told you have to wait. Again very rude and terrible customer service skills. It was a wasted drive on my lunch hour. I can't believe they let him run the register. Hope he never waits on you. read more

Came to this location to do a usps return. Instructions stated associates will assist with obtaining printing label if needed. Upon arrival 2 girls were chatting and when I approached they were extremely dismissive with no greeting. When I ask where their return drop off was she was very quick to ask if I had my shipping label printed. When I said no she turned me away without offering any assistance like cvs advertised, which is why I chose this store to drop off. I ended up leaving because I didn't trust that my package would be securely returned by how dismissive the girls were. They clearly didn't want to offer the services CVS advertises. read more

I came to the pharmacy unprepared to successfully submit my grandma's medications that she desperately needs, and these gentlemen were so accommodating and professional. It's the kind of interaction that creates patronage. I am very appreciative that at this corporate location the staff treated me like a mom & pops pharmacy. This is my pharmacy for sure. read more

Very sad to see such poor customer service, showed up a few minutes before closing to drop off a disposable camera real quick, and the doors were locked, I knocked on the door and shelf up my camera to show her the simple transaction and she said they close at nine but when I showed her that it was t 9 she said she didn't care. CVS is one of my favorite drug store! The reason being is because it's cheaper than others and they have quite more of everything. I love getting some of my makeup products here! You can coupon ;) and also get rewards points! Diapers are fairly cheap here.. You just have to know to work with your coupons to get a decent price on the diapers.. They are always stocked up, which I love most about them. The staff members are the sweetest and always looking to help with no complaints! What is better than make a customer happy, right? I had no trouble trying to find my way around here. They are very organized and the store is kept very clean. I haven't encounter any cons here yet and I hope I won't because I'm going to be a regular customer here now. read more

I had a prescription transferred over to this location because my regular pharmacy was out of the medication. I called the evening before, and then sent my husband in the next day to get it. The pharmacist proceeded to tell him I was lying and that I hadn't called to talk to anyone because she was there the day before and had zero record of it. I screenshot him the phone number of their pharmacy and the confirmation text I received saying my prescription was received. She still told him "we were lying". I will never use this pharmacy ever again. Worst customer service ever and so rude. Who tells a customer they are lying? read more

Have lived within the area for years. Love the pharmacist, always very friendly and patient. The lines are usually long during the after-work rush, normal, but they still make sure you are taken care of. The staff of the store are always very helpful and pleasant, shout out to them, they seem like a wonderful team! read more
