I have been coming to this Walgreens Pharmacy for 4 years and it hasn't always been perfect. They've had staffing challenges, prescription shortages, and been held back by rules and regulations. The one thing they continually do and why I will keep coming back is they provide me with great service. They do their best with all the challenges and continue to be kind to me. For the last month maybe longer,the drive thru pharmacy pick up has been ridiculously slow. I've waited 20 to 25 minutes every time . There will be only 1 person in front of me or 1 time I was in front of the windows and it still took 20 minutes to help me. read more

Walgreens Pharmacy!!! Arrived and usually they don't ask me for my id and today they did and I don't have it so I drove home and got it and when I arrived again the pharmacist said that she needs to wait for some other pharmacist in the building to sign off and to wait 10 minutes. So I did. And then I got back in line and waited 30 minutes. There was 2 cars in front of me and they both ended up leaving because they were taking to long giving them their prescriptions. Honestly the worst possible customer service. I will be transferring to a different pharmacy to get my medicine somewhere else. Hopefully better than this. read more

Marisae or marisay the pharmacist has a problem with disabled people taking their medication. My partner has been tapering off strong medication,and she is trying to "investigate" when an investigation isn't necessary. Everytime my boyfriend needs his refill there's always a problem and these people just run around with no head. Extremely disappointed in this woman for not understanding that one can't just be ripped off medications, one is to taper. You're killing people Marisay. Please get a more qualified pharmacy group as a whole. Also my partner spoke two days ago with a pharmacist and they said it'd be ready today, but now marisay's making the rules. If you like waiting for 45 min JUST to pick up your ready Rx, this is the place for you. There's always a long line with one cashier at the pharmacy. The one employee switches from helping people inside to the drive thru people. I waited 45 min inside. This is a constant problem with Walgreens. I know I got in line long before the 800 cars did in the drive thru. Maybe walgreens needs to have more than ONE window open. Terrible pharmacy. read more

Customer Service needs work here. Maybe a training on how to provide a better customer experience. Their staff are rude. Clerk in the front cashier hiding while on her phone, no greeting like other locations. You have to really get in her face to get her to come and help you. Lady in the photo counter who is much older must be new as well. She must be having a bad day but common, try harder next time. I was asking a question and she just walk way totally ignoring me. Ratings should have a minus rating because one star is too good for this place. Dropped off prescription on Wednesday for pickup on Thursday. Item wasn't in stock so they ordered it for Friday pickup instead. Friday afternoon Walgreens app said order delayed as pharmacist was reviewing the prescription. Same on Saturday morning so I went inside to see what the problem was. After waiting 15 minutes in line they said that they had the meds so give them 20 minutes to get it ready. Sat down and watched several customers file through the line. After 30 minutes I got in line and 15 minutes later they said that the pharmacist was working on it. Sat back down, 20 minutes later I got back in line as they hadn't called me. Third time through the line and they said they were doing the best the could. These people have absolutely no idea how to do anything let alone run a pharmacy. For the past 5 years I've got nothing but aggravation when dealing with these people. Time to move on. Not doing this any more. And according to what I've seen there I'm not the only one who is frustrated with their customer service and how they run the most inefficient pharmacy on the planet. read more

This is the store that I have my prescriptions filled out . I dislike going through the drive through ! Takes forever to get to the window ! Not that there is a lot of cars , just no sense of urgency with the employees ! I don't have a problem waiting if it's within reason , but the wait time is ridiculous! Do not get your covid test done here. On Friday, we had to wait in line @ the drive thru for about 40 mins (to be expected with rising covid cases), but when we got to the window they had lost my daughters appointment info and spent probably about 10 mins trying to track it down, even with me showing them my confirmation email twice. Then when they did find it, we administered the test on my daughter and the woman at the window gave me a paper and said the test results would be ready in 72hrs.... well, what she failed to mention was that the lab is closed and the 72 hours didn't include the weekends (which I had to call and find out Tuesday morning). The lab still hasn't even received our sample and my little one is missing out on school if her results are negative. Just go to CVS. The results get to you quicker and the whole process goes a whole lot smoother. Communication is key yall. read more

I had some prints made at the store the clerk who was helping me asked me to review the prints. I sealed the envelope containing the prints and the clerk asked me if everything was OK and I said everything is fine. This is what angered me, the clerk proceeded on opening the envelope and started looking at my prints without my permission. The clerk even went to the point of asking me what was in the photos. I did tell the clerk I already reviewed the photos and she shouldn't be looking at them anyway. This is the first time this has ever happened and it makes me angry. read more

This pharmacy is HORRIBLE, switched to a different one asap. I came 18 minutes prior to them closing the pharmacy....they served everyone one in line and when they got to me they say they were closed when there were only 3 cars before me?! How does it take them 20 min to give someone their medication? The cars infront of me were honking as well and I couldn't get the medicine I needed for my eye. Thankfully the Walgreens on Shaw & Villa were so nice! Another thing is the one on Shaw & Fowler we're going to charge me DOUBLE of what the Shaw and villa one charged me. They make up their own prices and have the worst customer service. I got in like at 4:48 and didn't get to the window until 5:04 because of how unbelievably slow they were taking. Today 7 cars waiting in drive through and at least 15 people waiting in line in store for pick up. It is not lunch time or after work rush. This is so unacceptable. This is by far the cleanest Walgreens I've been to. The staffs here are very nice and I met one of the managers who is Ken. He was the first to greet me and offered to help if I needed anything. This is a typical Walgreens/drug store where they provided what you need. I like it because it's convenient for me rather than going to Walmart. If you know how to coupon and save, this is the perfect spot. They're always stocked. read more

Pharmacy staff have no clue what's going on. Brought my 12 year old daughter in for her COVID booster dose (after booking an appointment online). Staff refused to give her a booster dose because they said "Walgreens hasn't been given the authorization to give booster doses to 12 year olds yet". Store manager had to call the pharmacy manager at home who confirmed that pharmacy staff were misinformed and booster doses ARE authorized for 12 year olds and they could give it to my daughter (of course I already knew this- it's been approved for 3 weeks!). Worst pharmacy and staff I have ever encountered! Waited in line 42 min to drop off my medication where I provided my insurance card and id. I was told my medications would be ready in 3 hrs. I decided to come back next day since I wasn't feeling well. I returned the next morning where a short dark haired lady told me my antibiotics are not ready. Nor can the rude lady working find the scripts I dropped off the day before. She was confused over the dates and didn't seem to know how to work the computer. She directed me to go sit down so she can help other people and help me maybe when she has time. Just as she said that a man walked into pharmacy who she immediately said "your my relief" and walks off. The man was actually knowledgeable but he was also the guys who took my insurance card and scripts the day before. Apparently they don't take Anthem. Which I was never ever contacted by pharmacy or informed in the 18hrs they had to do so. Now I have to transfer my medications to cvs who actually takes hard working people's insurance not just welfare! Im told I myself have to walk into cvs (sick) and have them call walgreens to transfer my medications because walgreens is too busy to fix their mistakes. Went in today at my doctors request to get the 3rd dose booster of Pfizer Covid vaccine. They said they couldn't give it to me because I had Moderna before and it was their policy. This is not in alliance with CDC recommendations. They do allow people to switch. Who turns away a compromised patient in the middle of a global deadly pandemic???? I've been using this pharmacy for years now, and have never had any real issues to speak of. The staff is always very helpful and professional, and the few hiccups I've had with different Doctors and insurance issues before, they've managed to help me navigate through the problems in a timely manner with care to my health and well-being first and foremost. Never have I felt like just a number at this pharmacy. As for the store itself, it's Walgreen's... shopping carts are a bit too small, prices are a bit too high and the chocolates are a bit too waxy. All perfect for last-minute Christmas shopping for your grandparents! Seriously though, they do have some great deals if you use their Balance Rewards program, and when it comes to vitamins and supplements, their house brand is way cheap and quality stuff. I've been in other Walgreen's locations, and this one seems to be kept up better. Always clean and organized, and the front staff is cheerful and eager to help. I can't really say anything bad about this store other than the higher prices on smaller goods, but that is their business model, and it works for them somehow. Also, I really wish my Grandma would stop doing her Christmas shopping there, because my closet is full of Dearfoam Slippers and Isotoner Gloves, and I just can't stomach any more Russel Stover chocolates (pretty sure if you stuck a wick in some of them, you would have a candle that would burn for hours...) read more
