    PARK w/Tofu

I ordered a tofu sandwich. It was the worst sandwich I have ever head. Cold, soggy and wet! The bread was soaking wet. How is this a sandwich?! Crispy cauliflower was anything but crispy. It seemed like everything was prepared the night before and was being served under the name of fresh ingredients and fresh food. Very disappointed in the quality of food!

Their Asian chicken salad is packed with flavor. The mix of greens, crispy wontons, and grilled chicken is tossed in a sesame ginger dressing that's so addictive. It's a great balance of crunch and freshness.

See all those lil orange bites? Hard, crunchy "roasted" sweet potatoes. Everything else was minimal and bland.

2nd time trying Mixt. Just as disappointing as the 1st. Picked up a to-go order. Bland EVERYTHING. Barely any dried out bland chicken in the bowl. Hard, crunchy "roasted" potatoes. The "carmelized" onions were one step from raw. The lime crema was watery. The side of bread was a hard and old piece of sourdough. Huge waste of money. This has to be a training issue because there is no way any food place would serve this on purpose. Or they are going out of business and just don't care. If I ate this at the location, I'd seriously be asking for a refund and go somewhere else. Definitely won't be back. Edited to add: My son opened his salad and had a nice visitor sitting right on top. See pic. Seriously Mixt.

Delicious salad, had it delivered to work. Very nice combination of tastes (ordered the Cobb Salad) and would be happy to try more!

This is my favorite go-to place if I'm getting dinner for myself, because: 1. Love the fried cauliflower. It is so tasty and tender and I know it's not healthy anymore but it's just so good. I like it better than any of the protein options, and I always get a side of this. 2. They didn't have it on my recent visit but I always get the fried chicken. It is delicious, tender, and the batter is just right. It is MUCH better than the grilled chicken. 3. Great variety of veggies for you to mix and match, to make your perfect salad. 4. The sauces are great, my fave is the cilantro jalepeno. 5. The Heath cookie is wonderful.

This place is located in the midst of an office building and several other eating establishments. You can valet, park on the street, or I believe there might be a parking garage available. Everything in this area looks new and classy! I think this place is great if you work in the area. It's perfect to stop by and grab a quick, fresh lunch. I ordered the bachelor salad ($14). It comes with steak, potato, blue cheese, caramelized onions, breadcrumbs, veggies, etc., it's on a bed of spring mix. Yum. It was a good size and filled me up. My husband got a bowl ($10). His came with quinoa, cabbage, mango, chicken, veggies, seeds, etc. The bowls are HUGE! It weighed like 2 lbs! If I had ordered that, I could have eaten on it for like 3-4 meals! He ate about half and was stuffed! Overall, I like the healthy, fresh concept, and our food was good. It was nothing super special, but it was good. I do think the prices are pretty steep. If you're working in that area, you might not mind spending that much for a salad. Its a little too expensive for me for salads. The bowl was decently priced. I wouldn't be opposed to coming back, perhaps if I had a coupon!

My first time and I'll definitely be back. First off, I walked in and was greeted with such pleasure. I ordered a grain bowl to go consisting of quinoa, kale, cabbage, pumpkin seeds, roasted brussels, cranberries and lentils. Huge! So I definitely feel like I got my $8 worth. My only complaint is that I wish it had more greens. It seems like there are more toppings than anything. Also, they currently have a free tea (unsweetened) or lemonade with a purchase and checkin. I got the raspberry lemonade and it's the best lemonade I've ever had

    Heather R.

Really awesome salad bar! There are menu options you can choose from, as well as "create your own salad" from scratch. They give you a LOT of food for a good price. The salad was very fresh and filling. The lemonade was freshly squeezed and delicious as well! The service was also good. There's a parking garage below the building with ample space.

I have never before in my entire life had a salad that was as fresh as the one I had here! After seeing pictures online, I had to try this place! I'm one for a good, hefty salad, and this place looked like it would hit the spot! I easily obtained parking under the restaurant and brought my ticket that was later validated. That's enough for a 5-star review in my book (I'm not one for city driving)! They have a myriad of veggies and meats to chose from while also providing basic options, of which I picked a Chicken Cobb Salad. The associate who took my order looked very busy working the lunch rush but perfectly created my meal. After signing up for their email membership, I received a free lemonade as well! Like I said, everything tasted so fresh! The chicken was cooked perfectly, the lettuce was nice and plump, and all of the other veggies were juicy and scrumptious! The salad dressing was perfectly applied and everything was so enjoyable! My lemonade was most excellent and a must have for your lunch break! Overall, Dallas is blessed to have this restaurant within its limits! Make your way over there now and enjoy farm-fresh flavors!

This is a great salad bar in Uptown Dallas! They have lots of menu options of salads, grain bowls, and sandwiches. I chose to "create your own salad," where they have almost an overwhelmingly amount of options! The food here is super fresh, and they have all kinds of food to choose from like purple barley, roasted brussel sprouts, golden beets, etc. They even have avocado at no extra charge (that's a winner in my book). The size is definitely large; I ate 2 hefty meals from just this one salad. Personally, I think it's worth the price, especially for Uptown, since the portions are so big. If you check in on Yelp, you can get a lemonade for free! The lemonade is pretty good, but a little too sweet for my taste. You can also order online, which makes it super quick if you want to just drop by and pick up your order without waiting in line. The parking is incredibly convenient, as they validate parking in the adjacent garage. If I were in the area, I would stop by for a quick bite. It's also nice to have some food leftover for another meal for later! Definitely a great option for a healthy lunch uptown!

I came in on a Friday afternoon for lunch. I got the Caesar salad with Kale instead of Romaine Lettuce. This salad has a great recipe. I appreciate the amount of ingredients in this salad. You can really get your macros in with quality produce. Donté made my salad and he was very kind. I checked in on Yelp and got a complimentary lemonade.

The salad itself was actually nice, but the edamame dumplings were extremely plain!!! I love edamame and I love dumplings, so I was really excited to try this item but they ended up being very bland and the dumpling filling tasted chalky inside. Even chili oil couldn't save them Maybe I'm just used to more well-seasoned food, but with so many great options around Dallas, this place just didn't stand out for me. Often times after it's all said & done, you wonder - was that worth it? Thankfully, that is NOT the experience I had at Haywire! I ate here on August 9th, 2025 and enjoyed everything about it. I was with a large party but would love to return for a more intimate experience. On this Saturday, my younger cousin was graduating from Parker University so I was in town for the weekend. At around 1pm, I was one of the first to arrive at the restaurant. Unfortunately the parking is a bit confusing. There was construction being done on the same street when I went but there's a parking garage for customers that's difficult to navigate AND the elevator that connects wasn't operating at the time which was an issue for many (but not me, I got a good spot & walked). My party hadn't all arrived yet so I took a gander. Upon entering the tall doors, the space breathes southwestern elegance: wooden structure, leather seating, separate dining areas with highlighted ranch-style art. The abundance of space gives it an open-concept feel. The lighting fixtures are modern, the space was dim but not too low, with an option to utilize the large windows also. I was quiet impressed at the overall presentation. When my party did arrive, I wanted to keep it simple so I ordered the Chicken Cobb Salad and a Hibiscus Haze with Vodka. The table shmoozed as we ate some of the appetizers: the Crab Dip & Green Tomatoes, both amazing. The food did take some time but, considering it was 10-12 of us, that's expected. The Hibiscus Haze was splendid: smooth & flavorful, a great concoction. Cobb salads are usually pretty thick but this one was HEARTY. It came in a large bowl stuffed with the all the toppings. The dressing it was tossed with was well balanced but could've used a tad bit more. With some pepper & a little ranch, I was set! I defeated the salad but it also left me stuffed to the gills. Satisfying meal that I would order again! There are tons of restaurants to dine at in Dallas & sometimes you never know which is worth your time. Despite the inconvenience of parking, I'd bet my bottom dollar that this is a good place to eat. Whether you want a fine dining experience, it's a special occasion or just want a good drink with a meal, Haywire has enough to satisfy all interests.
