Miya Moon is an elevated Asian experience worth your visit! I have tried several of their dishes were tasty. I like the ambiance which is comfortable yet sheik. The service was also very good. I was taken care of immediately if I had any questions and it was always just the right amount of service. Dishes Apps we loved were the Eggplant in garlic sauce, honey spare ribs, szechuan chicken and their udon noodles. I have not been to this restaurant in a couple years as it had different ownership at the time. Got food to go which was the nicest to go bags, branding, and containers I have ever had from any restaurant . The restaurant inside is stunning. The lighting and decorating is top notch. Twice I have ordered from here, and both times I was pretty disappointed. I am having a hard time understanding the excellent reviews. This time, we got the udon with shrimp and beef; sesame chicken; Walnut Shrimp with Crab Chips (4) . On the previous occasion, we got the dumplings in addition to the Walnut Shrimp with Crab Chips (4) For both meals, the walnut shrimp thing is by far the best, and it's a great appetizer that I would happily eat again. The rest of it? Mediocre at best. The Sesame Chicken in particular was disappointing. I realize this is a super Americanized dish but it's good - that's why it's popular. Their version is more like a chicken flavored donut with a sticky sweet glaze. The breading was way too much, and lacked any texture. The Stir Fried Udon with Shrimp & Beef was okay, but nothing too special. The best thing I can say is their delivery packaging is so darned cute and thoughtful! We were immediately seated. Delicious food. Calm and relaxing atmosphere. Great service. Will definitely return.

Food: We tried many of the tapas! Including; cucumber salad, walnut shrimp, potstickers, honey glazed short ribs, and chili wontons. My favorite was the cucumber salad, served cold and extremely refreshing. Perfect hit of acid, and the chili flakes did not make it unbearably spicy. 4.9 Stars. My second favorite were the potstickers, the casing was soft and golden brown on the bottom. The filling was packed with meat and veggies, and the sauce enhanced the overall flavor. 4.7 Stars. The honey glazed short ribs were my 3rd favorite, the meat was cooked perfectly and was very moist on the inside. The sauce was sweet and sticky, gaining flavor every time I took another bite as it marinated for a few seconds longer. 4.6 Stars. My fourth favorite was the walnut shrimp. I LOVE walnut shrimp, and this was disappointing to me. The walnut was the best part about this. Crunchy and sweet like I expect. The shrimp was not coated in batter, but the sauce was good. I did not care at all for the shrimp cracker, I believe it added nothing but presentation (which was very pretty). 3.8 Stars. My least favorite was the chili wontons, in all honesty, there was nothing crazy about them. The sauce was good, but the filling was very one sided tasting. 3.2 Stars. I had the sesame chicken for my entree, and it was delicious. Great coating of batter, not to thick and not to thing, and you could taste the sesame seeds. The sauce, sweet, sticky, crave-able. 4.8 Stars. I didn't like the rice, and understand, I love rice. It was dry, and tasted like plain white rice. 2.7 Stars Service: The two servers we had were great. Very patient with us, and helpful in knowing what we should try. There was one in training, but he got everything right. Ambience: Gave the feeling of being upscale, without being too grandiose, but more low key. I enjoyed the dark mood lighting, and accents of red everywhere. The tables were cool, marbled with gold. Overall: Awesome!! I would come back here often, especially for a special occasion. P.S. Happy to have Miya Moon here ! Great food. Quality is great, ambience is great, service is great. It's priced well AND their food is good. I think that's hit or miss in most Chinese around us, but they're consistent which is the key differentiator. Also their takeout bags and containers are awesome!!! This spot is absolutely our new GO TO!!! The food was arguably some of the best food, I've ever had. Their schezwan chicken is so tender & juicy! But the person who ensured we will 100% keep coming back is Kari. Kari, was so thoughtful, she recommended a sauce with the schezwan chicken that was beyond delicious! She was so attentive with ensuring our drinks were never empty, she had great recommendations, always a smile & thoughtful. Went here with my wife and some buddies on our way to go to a haunted trail. It exceeded my expectations. I assumed it would be an overpriced restaurant that has fluff but no quality and boy was I mistaken! I ordered the $18 Szechuan chicken and fried rice. The portion size was good probably 2 ish cups of fried chicken and a cup of rice. The breading on the chicken was tasty being dry but slightly saturated with their oil and seasonings. The chicken was moist and not overdone. The seasoning on the chicken was delicious. It had that tingly mouth feel that some Szechuan dishes have. Holy cannoli was it enjoyable! The staff were attentive and kind. Their take home boxes had exceptional quality. The space has good vibes with quality decorations. The price seems to match the service appropriately. 5/5 read more

Not a fan of Yelp in any way but the outstanding experience we had at Miya Moon deserves recognition and sharing. Reserved through Open Table for a 9:00pm reservation on a Saturday. The restaurant just opened in Dec 24 so this was our first visit. The blend of Asian and American cultures isn't new but the way this place is designed to accomplish this is very fresh. Small plates with Asian food is a home run because there are so many chef inspired dishes you can taste in one setting. The pork dumpiings were absolutely perfect, drunken noodles, walnut shrimp on a super lite rice cake were so incredibly tasty and presented very well. The menu is intentionally restrained to focus on the chef inspired tapas and limited entrees. In our opinion the options were perfect. Everything we ordered was fantastic and there is so much more we look forward to tasting. Super shout out to our server Mia and the very well dressed Manager, Jonathan, for exceptional service and great conversation. This restaurant is phenomenal in every area and we will be visiting frequently! We didn't get to meet all the staff but their hard work behind the scenes made our experience memorable! The claim of "traditional Chinese" on their website is so infuriating when your menu is Stir Fry Udon, Mongolian Beef, Orange Chicken, and there is no doubt I can go on without listing half of their menu. So, "traditional" "Chinese". No one blames you if you say Asian fusion. Mapo Tofu was by far the blandest tofu I've ever had, perhaps the restaurant ran out of spices that day? And honey spare ribs taste so Panda Express adjacent you can't tell the difference. Call me a Karen, but I'm traumatized. The only reason it's not one stars is because it's edible. But man is it nowhere even near "traditional" nor "chinese". Perhaps they'd happily come up with a new definition? read more

I ordered the food to go. It was ready when I got there. Everything hot and fresh and delicious! My only complaints that's aren't really enough tot ale away from the stars are the wontons needs to be served with sweet chili sauce and the pot stickers texture was a little doughy which could have had to do with the transport and togo container. The flavor was great. The portion on the orange chicken was great. Could make another one or two meals out of it. read more

I thought I was going to just another Chinese restaurant and not super excited about it. I was very pleasantly surprised. The scallops and noodle tapas were amazing. So was the walnut shrimp tapa. My daughter ordered the drunken noodles and I ordered the curry chicken with Tofu substitute. I would say to ask them to fry the tofu next time. I also ordered two old fashions, which were excellent. They ran out of the featured vermouth so the excellent assistant manager made me her version which was amazing. I think I used I think words magical. My son and his girlfriend also ordered some other meals that were excellent as well. If you're in the Broomfield area, I would highly recommend you check this restaurant out. read more
