The workers at this place is just straight up RUDE! They don't seem like they want your business! A few weeks ago, I tried to call them to see if they were busy on a Saturday and see what time they will be available. The first thing I ask was are you guys busy right now? The person who answers the phone just gives you 1 word answer, Yes! So I was to ask them myself, if I want to come in today, what time is available? She would answer, 4:30 and that's it. So, I was like, can I make an appointment for 4:30?? I mean seriously? It doesn't sounds like you want any business? And that wasn't just over the phone! So this week, I give them another try. I walk in on a Saturday, I know they might be busy so I just want to walk in to find out if they can take 2 gel manicure and if they are busy it's OK, I will just make an appointment for another time and same thing! I walk in asking politely if they can take 2 gel manicures, the lady who was working at the 2nd or 3rd station with a rude attitude give you a straight up NO! And then returns back to her work and left us standing there...! She didn't even ask if we can make an appointment or tell us another time to come back! Extremely disappointed for their complete disrespect to my daughter. My daughter made an appointment and when she got there, they made her soak her nails. Ok standard no big, 40 mins later, she's still soaking and the girl that's supposed to do her nails takes a different customer. Seriously?! So another 30 minutes and my daughter is still sitting there soaking?! Total of 1 hour 10 min!! Would you allow yourself to soak your nails in acetone for that long? I had been goin to this nail salon for awhile now to get UV gel on my nails with Ellie, At first she was friendly her work station and tools were clean for the most part amd it seemed as if they followed Covid protocols -- fast forward a year her workmanship and attitude went down hill and her workstation began to be cluttered and filthy and she started using the same unsantized tools from one customer to another. She gets very annoyed when I pointed out something that needed to be corrected or if the way she's polishing is not to my liking. Now last I checked I was the customer and paying for services & somewhere along the line she forgot that. I am not rude or disrespectful by any means but to be told that French design will cost an additional $10 and I agree I'm expecting a perfect French, not a sloppy thick crooked line across the tip of my nail. She even had the audacity to tell me that next time I should make an appointment with a different nail tech because I am too picky - this after I was a loyal customer for over a year, Not to mention her gel polish dryer is always broken and she kept asking me if it's working and I would say no then she would tell me it's because it's broken you have to let me know so that I can press the button in a very rude harsh tone. I paid and this time left no tip as tips are for the customer service received & are NOT obligated, she didnt deserve anything extra. I have watched how other customers who complained about the service were treated and really never expected it to happen to me! The place is not sanitary at all, the photos of the interior is deceiving. The lady tech didn't even sanitize the workstation of the person who was there before me. Drips of wet nail polish & stains on the table/chair. She used the same nail filer as the person before me when I asked if she would use a new one (I should have left the moment she picked up that same filer, it's disgusting, very unhygienic). She cut me 2 times with the nail drill, she just cleaned the cut with alcohol wipes & continued working (didn't apologize). I got an acrylic full set w/ gel polish, almond shaped & 2 finger designs ($60 with tip, she told me the price before starting). The acrylic lasting for a whole month, only the nail polish started to chip a little on the thumbs. The bottom of the nail gets dirty easily, she glued a plastic fake nail onto my nails then applied the dipped acrylic. They also have a plastic divider between you and the nail tech. First time at this place, easy to schedule online. I wouldn't go back because it's not a clean environment. But if you don't mind how unhygienic it is over nice nails then go for it. read more

I went there 3 times I tried to give them another chance the lady in front did my nails she asked me do I want to cut my nails I said yes just a lil bit she cut them so short and she was so ruff on my nails that the drill she used it slipped in her hands and she caught my finger where was bleeding she even didn't say sorry at all and then I got a pedicure was different girl she was so ruff on my feet it was thar was bleeding also how can you have a staff thst doesn't even be gentle with there customers and when girl did my nails she was all over the place wasn't even paying attention to me at all she was up and down 4 times cause it was busy but really so so unprofessional beyond and I gave them benefits of the doubt and 3 times I went there within couple of days my nails are chipping how horrible and prices are always different all the time and I always get same things done and I did a review before couple of months back I've seen people get feedback from there reviews I got no response back from noone never never will go back there how they can treat there customers like this is so so horrible beyond very very very disappointed customer read more

First time here. I wanted to get pampered. Did the whole full set of nails and foot massage with pedicure. The experience was great. Elly did my nails and did a great job! They just opened about 2 months ago. I was the only client there but I hope (and pray) they will get more customers. I would definitely go back for my fill in and pedicures. They do nails well and most of the workers are nice except for a couple who demand you tip them a certain amount and her attitude will make not want to go back DONT recommend! I started coming here because my regular nail salon temporarily closed due to covid. I use sns powder dip and my nails look great. I have gone 3 weeks and have not any chips or peeling. I could go longer if not for grow out. They are very expensive and do not use hot towels on your hands or massage them. They are not very friendly either. However the salon is very clean. I have to admit my salon reopened but I continue at Miya salon because of quality. read more

Over booking customers for the same time, due to the amount of time for "spa pedicures", delays everyone's appointment time by over 30 mins. They also need to only do what the customer booked for, not ask the customer what else they need done, understand that it's been months since they were open, but a lot of unhappy customers which will cause them to loose business. read more

worst nail experience ever. i've never had nails so bad that they needed to be taken off. i showed the girl doing my nails a picture of what i wanted and they looked nothing alike. big and bulky when they were nice and thin in the picture. they were very simple nails to do just pink french tips. the french was not even centered and was too thick. even the nails were put on crooked and i had to tell her to fix many things. this was my first time coming here and it was horrible. she cut me multiple times it was a big waste of time. get yourself a professional nail tech these nail salons are over priced and don't care about how ur nails look they just want ur money. read more

Recently just had a bad experience there with their customer service. I'm not one to ever write a bad review but this one I can't help as they were very rude. Miya nails fills out a small business card with the date you went and their initials and after the 5th time you will get $5.00 off. A week a go I went there for a gel manicure and i handed her my card that only needed one more date and initial and i said i get $5 off and she told me no and handed me a new card and said next time you will get the $5 off. Today, I went in for a gel pedicure and i handed the girl my card for the first date and initial and she told me i owed $45. I said ok so i owe $40 with the $5 off and she literally started arguing with me and got another worker involved. Then when i said i'll remember that for next time just ring me up they all went back to doing nothing and had me standing there waiting to pay. It was completely rude and i'm sorry i would never treat a customer that way. Ive been going here for over 6 months now and never had an issue until today. 1 star for them because they were wrong! read more
