I got a gel manicure and pedicure and my sister just got a gel manicure. The pedicure was pretty quick and bare bones. You could tell they were understaffed because they were really rushing around. Still, staff was friendly even though they seemed stressed. However my sister's polish chipped the next day and mine started to chip a few days later. I normally don't post negative reviews but this is necessary. The man who was doing my nails did a terrible job. He barely used any color. I had to ask for three coats of nail polish because he was barely putting any on.. he didn't ask me if I wanted my nails rounded or squared he just started making them round. I asked him if he could square it off and then they all became uneven. I asked him several times to fix it and he tried to but didn't. I smudged my nails when I went to dry them but again I asked the same guy to fix it and when he tried to fix it he put basically no nail polish on my thumb. I'm very unhappy not to mention I was in there for almost 2 hours for a basic manicure and pedicure. read more

I went to do my nails today at a salon for the first time in a year! I absolutely loved it. It's the first time I did a color outside of my comfort zone in a long time. I went during a very busy time but I didn't mind waiting. The worker was very diligent. I got an sns gel manicure for only $35! That is incredible. It's also a very clean place. She asked me in a do the housework or if I have kids and then did an extra coat on my nails for them to last as long as possible. Would recommend to anyone who asks, place is far from me but totally worth it! read more

The nails were outrageous I payed $48 for what your about to see. The woman couldn't speak english really and made my nail bleed. I don't recommend going here at all. I demanded a refund and they redid my nails. :( read more

I don't usually post reviews but I feel this one is necessary. I have terrible anxiety so when I'm comfortable with someone, I stick with them. It's very hard for me to go somewhere new. At this salon, I found Becky. She's amazing. She's so accommodating and always does a thorough job with everything. She takes her time, works hard to make it as close to perfect as possible, and makes sure you're 100% comfortable at all times. I have a tight schedule and was only able to come on a certain day this week which happened to be a day that she requested off. I know she may not know how much it meant to me, but she came in on her day off to make sure my nails, toes, and eyebrows were done the way I like and to help keep my mind at ease. I cannot thank her enough and would give her 1,000 stars if I could. Thank you, Becky. You have no idea how much you made my day. read more

This is hands down one of the best nail salons in Staten Island! It's a clean salon with friendly staff. They did a wonderful job on my dip powder manicure and offered a complimentary parrafin hand wax. Afterwards, a very relaxing shoulder massage was given to end the perfect manicure. The pedicure was amazing too! Both the pedicure and manicure chairs were very comfortable. The pedicure tub was wrapped in plastic for cleanliness as well. My daughter loved her manicure and pedicure too. This will be our new nail salon. Can't wait to go back. Try them and you definitely won't be disappointed! read more

Ummm zero stars..after a 45 minute wait because there were only 2 people working..seriously the worst pedicure ever...my 8 year old cousin couldve done better....barely touched me..had to have someone else redo my cuticles after which then she screwed up my polish....biggest damn waste of TWO HOURS by the time I was done...will.never ever come here again. read more

Horrible they had me wait over an hour and half I was never seen and allowed other customers that came in after me go ahead of me

I usually do not have a problem when coming to this nail salon, but this last time I experienced a lot of problems. First, I felt as if my manicure was rushed and wasn't treated properly. Second, the shape was not what I asked for. (I asked for coffin shaped and they did a box-shaped) Third, the colors on the samples aren't accurate to the actual polish shade. Fourth, I felt as if I was being pressured by the worker to pay more. She told me that my eyebrows were messed up, but in my opinion, they didn't look that bad. Lastly, at the beginning our the appointment the worker said it was $35 for a fill in with gel polish, but I winded up paying extra. Overall this one appointment was not ideal. read more

Went here for a regular mani and pedi. I waited just about an hour because they have about three people working. They have a nice color selection but that's about it. My toe nails were cut crooked and the polish was put on way too thick. I asked the girl to correct it it but after waiting so long I just wanted to get out of there. The manicure was slightly better but I wouldn't go out of my way to revisit this salon. read more

Horrible manicure. The nail polish was painted on so thick and uneven on my nails even after I pointed it out and asked for it to be corrected. Also, they rushed through manicure and pedicure even though it wasn't busy. I look forward to relaxing during this time, but this was the least relaxing mani/pedi I've ever received. This is the most terrible salon I have ever been to!!!!!!! Not only did my nails turn out horrible but the lady kept burning me with the drill and ripping out my skin with the nail clippers! When she was done she had the never to charge me extra for the removal of my nails even after I told her I didn't like the job. She refused to even fix them or charge me less. Terrible place! Best place ever!!!!!!!!!!!! Only place I will go.. it is clean, moderately priced, and they are all so nice. The manicurists are amazing i get acryllic and it always come out great. I used to go to Coco nails and their acryllic fills were always uneven and bumpy. The pedicures are amazing as well Candy is the greatest! read more

If I can give it zero stars I would. I had to ask numerous times for them to give me sterilized equipment. The woman doing my nails was horrible, was more interested in having a conversation with her colleague then doing my nails. Which resulted in cutting me. Only when I said I was going to leave did she put a little more focus. She then proceeded to yell in another language, probably about me. Avoid this place at all costs! read more
