More business means more profit why would you hinder yourself by not letting your Togo customers participate in daily specials. There's only so many people that can fit into your location why would you not want to increase your business by increasing your takeout business. We have eaten at this restaurant for many, many years now, and the food was always really good. It must have changed hands, because when we ate there on Saturday night, we were Extremely disappointed! Food was JUST okay. The worst part was that although we left a $35 cash tip on the table, and put $0 on the tip line of the receipt, when I checked my credit card transactions a $31 gratuity charge was added without my knowledge or permission which is TOTALLY illegal. The food was "ok", the service not too good, but the sushi "chefs" were TERRIBLE!!!!!!! Two young men who horsed around more than they made sushi, their conversations were disgusting and vulgar. My 9 yr old niece was with me, she kept staring at them saying "they are cussing to much"!!!! The Fbomb was repeated throughout our stay, their conversations were trash and focusing on football rather than doing orders. I advised our server about their language. She talked to them and my niece hear one of them degrading us for what we said and said they need to "deal" with it!!!!!. Not a bad little sushi spot, there aren't many options in Pueblo. Prices are decent and the food has always been good. If you're looking for ambiance this is not the place for you. The rolls were a little crunchy not sure if it was slightly over cooked or if that's how they serve them here. The rolls were good and fairly priced. The chicken and rice with vegetables were good. Absolutely horrible in terms of cleanliness. The female bathrooms were both backed up, there was grey standing water in the sink, no paper towels and an overflowing trash can. The "clean" table was sticky and the service was subpar. We asked for a sparkling water (just carbonated water) and hot tea, the tea cups we had to send back because they were both visibly dirty. We arrived at 645 (they close at 8) and around 725 they started shutting lights off in the dining area as they still had full tables of people eating or waiting on food. 4.5 stars. I came here to get takeout for lunch. The server was very sweet and extremely helpful in the choices she provided. I got the 3 rolls deal. Because I love spicy, I got the Mexican roll, red dragon and the spicy salmon. While they were all delicious, I loved the Mexican roll the most! The spicy salmon and the red dragon were an equal 2nd place. I'm also impressed with how cleanly the rolls were packaged together. They gave more than enough wasabi and ginger to go with the 24 pieces in the box. All in all, really happy with everything and so glad to have found a good japanese place here in Pueblo! read more

Just tried this place for the first time and I was surprised at how good it was. The teriyaki plate was tasty. The Marilyn Monroe roll was perfect for me. We ordered the Sushi Bento Box and the Calamari Teriyaki box. All the raw fish was very fresh and and the Calamari was tender and flavorful. While working in Pueblo, I came here this past Tuesday to grab dinner before heading back to my hotel. Monday through Thursdays they have a happy hour from 4-7, making their sushi really affordable. I got the crazy roll and double shrimp roll, and my total was only a little over $10 because of the happy hour special. Outside of happy hour, it would have been over $20. The crazy roll had raw tuna, salmon, red snapper, albacore, cucumber, and avocado. The quality of the fish was good considering the fact that Colorado is land locked, and overall I enjoyed the roll. The double shrimp roll had shrimp tempura, crab, and cucumber inside, with avocado and shrimp on top. The shrimp was nice and crunchy, and the roll came with a side of what I believe was Teriyaki sauce to dip the roll with. I enjoyed the food so much, that I ended up coming back today. Unfortunately, since it was Friday, there wasn't a happy hour special, so I got the galbi bento. The bento is made to order, so expect at least a 15 minute wait before you get your food according to the staff. (I ended up waiting about 25 minutes before I got my food, so I wasn't very pleased about that, but the food was pretty good.) The total came out to about $15, but the amount of food that you get is definitely worth it. The bento comes with four pieces of California roll, some tempured vegetables and shrimp, rice, and the galbi on a bed of vegetables. The galbi was nicely grilled, moist, and flavorful. While the tempured vegetables and shrimp were nicely battered and crispy, and was absolutely delicious with the tempura sauce! read more

I get home and guess what? STILL THE INCORRECT ROLL!! I even pointed to the picture as she was standing beside me. as we're getting ready to leave, I decide to use the restroom. it smelled like urine so bad I had to mouth breath. one toilet was backed up and there wasn't any soap in either dispenser. safe to say this will be the last time we dine here. place went downhill BAD.
