We took around 5-8 mins to decide what we wanted and by the time we went back to order at the main desk, there was one person ordering to dine in. Another person came in for their pick up just after we'd finished ordering. We ordered fountain drinks, the eel, octopus and squid nigiri, Las Vegas roll and denver roll. Half an hour later, nothing has shown up at our table. At least 3 other people have shown up for their pick up orders and have not received them. Finally at 40 mins post our order placement, I went up to ask how long it would take, and I was told that the chef was just starting up on our order!! We ended up taking our order to go and only because I'd already paid for it. I would've appreciated a heads up regarding the wait time. You can't just expect us to sit there waiting for food. We would've gone elsewhere and enjoyed a nice dine in experience. So I have to call this poor service. Regarding the food, they gave us a bowl of complimentary hot and sour soup which was good. The sushi was good as per my brother who ate it all. The Las Vegas roll was excellent and should on anyone's order list. The denver roll was just ok. As you can see from the pictures, the takeout was obviously not as enjoyable as the dine in would've been, because the rolls got squished together.
