Before she began, Kelli offered me protective glasses so the overhead light wouldn't bother my eyes, and she asked me if I have any sensitive areas. When I mentioned that my front teeth are sensitive, she started with those teeth and treated them with extra care and gentleness. Before continuing with the rest of the cleaning, she told me that I could raise my hand at any time if I felt discomfort or pain. Kelli was incredibly thorough and took her time. Beyond the excellent cleaning itself, I appreciated her positive and encouraging approach. Instead of focusing on criticism, she pointed out the healthy aspects of my oral health, such as how good my gums looked. It was refreshing to feel supported rather than judged. Beyond her professionalism, Kelli has such a warm, kind, and charming personality. Keep in mind, you will be going several times a year for the duration of the treatment. We came here by recommendation from our dentist, but if there are other options in the area I'd suggest trying those out. This has been a frustrating experience for years now.
