Location/Service
This place is right in the heart of Commerce Gate - on the side where the Banh Mi and Coco Tea is. There is plenty of parking around and underground as well, highly encourage the underground so you don't have to fight around.
Inside is a pretty standard modern layout - good use of lightning and I like the use of the TV to help describe what their food is and menu options. There are no dine-in seating, it is a buy and take out setup.
Staff are pretty nice and they would help explain any of the menu items if there are any questions.
Food
They only pretty much sell Japanese Hand Rolls - which is like what you get at a sushi restaurant, but of course you roll it up from the packaging and it's more handheld as a quick snack.
They have classic flavours like Sweet Shrimp, Ikura, Negi Engawa
But also premium picks like Japanese Wagyu, Hokkaido Uni, Negi Toro
What's a little special about this spot is that their seaweed is roasted -- giving every bite that extra crunchy, aromatic flavour.
Pricing wise can range anywhere from $8-$12 per roll, which is pretty standard and comparable.
Quality is good with a good fish to rice ratio.
This is definitely a good spot if you want something quick, have a craving without spending too much on sushi. read more
