Most of my experiences here are completely fine and non eventful. I came in 2 times today. Once this morning, and this evening. Had issues both times. My morning complaint was with Lunchables. There was a sign noted (now removed because I notified the helpful employee later in the evening) that said Lunchables were 2 for $5. I grabbed 2 and went to checkout. When the cashier rang up the Lunchables they came up full price. I notified the cashier about the discount i was supposed to get. He did absolutely nothing, didn't check to see if I was right/wrong. So I told him to remove said items and left. Tonight I went back to order a pizza, told the cashier I want to order a pizza. He says "Ok", The issue here is I was never asked what kind of pizza I wanted. He hurries (because there is a line starting to get backed up) and just throws a pizza in. After the cashier helped 2 more customers I asked him what pizza he has cooking for me? (because he didn't ask what kind I wanted) and he said Pepperoni. I said "well that's great because I didn't want pepperoni, I wanted the all meat pizza. He apologizes and i'm now frustrated. He told me that's the only kind they have tonight. I told him next time he needs to verify what he's putting in, and explained that a customer isn't going to know what kinds of pizza they have or don't have unless you tell them.

I hate to say it, but I like the newer one better.  This one is strategically & conveniently located better to me personally.  So good for me, and bad for the owners of the older place. So the business itself, everything is new inside, so it looks great.  Cashier's were friendly and helpful.  Everything is great on opening day, 5 stars from me. Let's see if they can maintain it.

There are 4 Hydrogen pumps with a large storage tank that is up to 800+ kg. Make sure to check the status on CAFCP.org for current status as there can be supply or mechanical issues (as with all hydrogen fuel stations). A field tech said this is the busiest True Zero station! However, I love that there are never any lines to get fuel and is mostly reliable and online. Better than some of the old 1 pump stations (looking at you, South Pas!). The pumps are situated in line with regular gas pumps so you are parked in front/behind other gas cars and not a separate pump elsewhere on the property (similar to Costa Mesa's Bristol station). This greatly decreases lines/congestion and wait times. Located at this Chevron gas station is also a mini convenience store and car wash that make things super convenient! Also, it's centrally located off the Puente exit off the 10 freeway and near the 605 freeway. Super strategic since it's in the middle of South Pasadena & Diamond Bar stations! Definitely recommended! Excited to be a trailblazer!
