Not someone I will recommend to anyone because she is not very professional, she did a mistake and didn't fixed it, charging extra for her mistake and wanting $175 to fix on next session. This is her price, but on the Groupon it's a different price and she will give you a different treatment. The eyeliner top and bottom eyelids option she told it was only a single eye even though it says EYELIDS! There was a option more expensive if you wanna to do only top or bottom eyelid, without the S of "EYELIDS", and I guess this is a single eye as well. A third option of both eyes was much more expensive, and I thought that was the whole eye but she told me it was only the top and the bottom is not included. In the Groupon eyeliner for both eyes is $220 and says the original price is $550, her paper it's saying that only top lid is $375... in the Groupon I searched and found other deals that $150 would be top and bottom for both eyes, with the retouch included or a cheaper price than her. Also she will tell you need to come back after 1 month for retouch and fix little mistakes, but it's not included and it's $175 for procedure... I asked for a few friends and they told me they had this already included in their price in other salon, maybe she is just trying to make a extra on top of who is buying Groupon.... I searched also other artists on Groupon and they have this touch up included or is under $100 if the person come back in a certain period and $150 if after 2 months.... Still NOT $175 touch up price because they don't charge the full touch up price when is only to fix little mistakes after the healing process ends. This price should be for a regular touch-up after 1 year, not after 30 days. Doing the procedure: The first eye was much more painful because she didn't wait enough time, but that's fine and forgivable because the other eye was less painful. I like that is a thin eyeliner and looks natural, but she didn't follow my natural line and it was ending too short... I asked if could make it longer with an cat wig ending and she told me I would have to pay an extra +50$....Would be okay, but one side is different than the other and she just looked on rush when I asked to fixed it. I don't think she is capable to do a good finishing, that's why it was so short her eyeliner before the wing, and now the wing look so uneven. I asked to fix it, and her answer was that she can fix on the touch up. Of course she didn't care that I am not happy with the results, the only thing she wanted was her extra $50 (maybe expecting a tip, but without fixing it?). Also, if you wanna schedule the touch up she wants some deposit already... I will never recommend her because I felt super uncomfortable how she acted that her little mistake in my eye it's little, and she would fix that only when I come back after 30 days and paying an extra $175! I will go back in another artist to fix her mistake, because it's PERMANENT MISTAKE ON MY FACE!!! So many artist already included the touch-up in the price, or their touch up price is not so expensive because they are concerned about the results and not just your money! My girlfriend was gonna schedule with her, but we are going to look for a REAL PROFESSIONAL! read more

I also found MJ on a Groupon and had an amazing experience! MJ did my first eyebrow microblading. I had hardly any hair. MJ professionally prepared my brows by defining a shape then blading them in. Horrible experience!! I took an appointment a week before and discussed over a call before going for a haircut and haircolor. When i went to salon, she was uninterested, and did not pay attention for the hairstyle i told her to do and started the hair coloring without doing the haircut. So bad ! In the covid time, waste of time, money and energy !! I highly recommend not to go the salon. Bad services, arrogant behaviour. Totally disappointed. This is the first time I have walked out of any salon and wasted a Saturday morning I was very excited for!! Pleass ask her everything in advance because if you don't she wont tell you anything prior to reaching there. UPDATE: a year later I popped in to get a touch up. I'm so so happy with my brows. This was one of the best investments I've ever made. She does a great job and everyday it's easier to get ready. Also I look less naked without make up on. I get compliments on them all the time! I got my eyebrows micro-bladed with MJ. To say I was nervous was an understatement. Like most reviews I read they came out pretty dark in the beginning. Be patient, she knows what she's doing. It's been 3 weeks and I LOVE them! MJ is just great! I did my eyebrows with her (microblading), and they turned out just great, very natural. The procedure itself is a little painful, but tolerable. But the effect afterwards is really worth! And then I decided to do my eyeliner with her, and it also was a very good experience, less painful than with the eyebrows, but your eyes get a little swollen, subsides in a couple of days.
