It was my first time at this salon everything was great for my pedicure the lady was sweet I wish I could've gotten her name she was a gem! Then I got to do my nails with Kevin and he was recommending my to do gel x I don't feel comfortable trying something new so I said sorry no thank you to gel x he seemed to get irritated after that and he just seemed in a bad mood which I'm understanding about so he finished my nails and they came out great no complaints about my nails whatsoever we go to check out and I was still going to tip because he did a great job on the nails then he told one of the receptionist something and the girl that was checking me out goes what happened and she goes he's funny I'll tell you later. ( Excuse me ) I did not tip him because I was not mean or picky for him to have an attitude with me. I did not appreciate his professionalism as a service provider that is unprofessional. This was my first time visiting this nail salon and unfortunately my experience started off on the wrong foot because of the receptionist. Chunky Asian girl, short medium brown hair with glasses. When I walked in, she barely acknowledged me. She said only a few words before immediately going back to looking at her phone. The entire interaction felt dismissive and unwelcoming. As a receptionist, your job is to greet customers, be attentive and help create a positive first impression of the business. Instead, I felt like I was interrupting her screen time. First impressions matter, especially for new customers! I came in expecting a friendly and professional environment, but I was met with indifference. Because of this experience alone, I would rather take my business elsewhere where customers are made to feel welcome and appreciated. Very disappointing! read more

I came into Nail Forum today for Mother's Day to treat myself and unfortunately the experience started off poorly. The person at the front desk was not welcoming or inviting at all. I understand places get busy, especially on holidays, but a simple greeting would have gone a long way. Instead, I was left at the front desk waiting for someone to help me while there were about 3 women behind the desk. Then when someone finally acknowledged me, there was no warmth or customer service. What really bothered me was feeling nickel-and-dimed over my fill service. I already came in with oval-shaped nails, yet I was told I'd be charged an extra fee to "reshape" them. In my opinion, basic shaping during a fill should already be included in the service price, especially when maintaining the same shape. Customer service and transparency matter just as much as the nails themselves. Sadly, this visit did not feel welcoming or worth the experience I expected. read more

i've been meaning to check this place out and i am so happy i did! I normally do my own pedicures but this time i decided to get pampered and taken care of, and EMILY delivered exactly what i wanted ! they offer alcoholic drinks to enjoy with your services! the shop is extremely clean also which i really liked. I got the "Organic spa pedicure" and it was beyond my expectations, on the pedicure package it says 15 minutes massage however Emily gave me a 20 minute massage, including my arms and hands. I love how they included fresh orange slices and sliced cucumber into my pedicure, like where else would you get your feet massaged with oranges ?! Overall, i am beyond satisfied with my experience here with Emily, she's the sweetest and took amazing care of me! -:) read more

Even though they were very busy when I arrived, they helped me right away and had both my manicure and pedicure done at the same time, which I really appreciated because it saved a lot of time. The technicians were friendly, attentive, and my nails turned out nice. My only issue was with the pricing. I was charged an additional $5 fee for nail length, but this was never mentioned to me before the service. When I asked about it, I was told it was because my nails were considered "extra long" but they aren't more than medium length if anything. I don't mind paying additional fees when they're clearly explained upfront, but I think customers should be informed of any extra charges before the service begins. Overall, the service was efficient and the staff worked hard despite being busy, but better communication about pricing would make the experience even better. read more

Several nails felt over-filed and burned during the appointment, and my cuticles were left sore and irritated afterward. The shaping is uneven, and the nails feel uncomfortable instead of smooth and natural. What made the experience even worse was when I went back to address my concerns. There was absolutely no remorse, concern, or accountability shown. Instead of trying to make things right or even acknowledging the pain and discomfort I was experiencing, I felt dismissed completely. Customer service matters just as much as the nails themselves, and the lack of professionalism and care was honestly shocking. A nail appointment should never leave someone in pain and then feeling ignored afterward. today was my first time at this salon and i cannot wait to come back !! my nail techs today Bin (who did my pedicure) and leah (who did my acrylic manicure). both were amazing and were so welcoming and kind to me. and yes they have free drinks and mocktails. i was never in pain during my service and they both made sure i was comfortable. today i did the tropical breeze pedicure with white gel which came with oranges, cucumbers, hot towels, steam, hot stones, and a lengthy massage. and my full set medium almond french with designs looked amazing !! my service today was $210 + $20 tip. i am happy and satisfied with my service today and will be returning thank you. read more

Did my nails with Kevin for the 3rd time and it looks amazing as usual. It is very hard to find an artist who does perfect French but Kevin did it for 110% perfect. Very attentive, patient and listens first to all of my ideas, ready to redo the whole design if I don't like something. He works for the quality not quantity. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for the high quality service. Also, the place is amazing.
