I had some issues with my first car I was originally buying from them but that was on me so they offered a different car to me. Told me it'd be ready and I came in the day it was supposed to be ready and sat for 4 hours for them to tell me it needed more time in the shop I then did this 2 other times through 3 weeks where I was in that dealership waiting for answers for 4 hours. Their manager I don't remember his name but he was terrible everytime he was told to talk to us he'd take forever to get to us just to tell me to wait longer on the car. Then I was messaging one of the people there checking on the car to see when it would be done in the shop I would be left on read and get no answers. Anytime you call this place you get sent to voicemail and if you leave one you never get a call back. I know they're on those phones cause I sat in that place a total of 16 hours don't understand why they can't answer. I ended up taking my money back and going somewhere else. I would never recommend this place to anyone I feel treated so rudely I was pregnant sitting in these plastic chairs for hours for no good reason and I feel taken advantage of cause of my age I'm pretty young I'm still understanding things like this.

Considering with my car dealership deal , I have to get my services done here regardless so I agreed upon the oil change and tire rotation . I haven't had any problems and plan on keeping my car service needs at the breakdown prices of service as needed. Location is great. Service is speedy and waiting area is female friendly lol. They added a Wi-Fi access point now so that is a added bonus.

In other words, their cars are $2000 more expensive to purchase compared to what is advertised. Don't take my word for it, try it for yourself. Look up a Clement auto for sale on cars.com or autotrader. What they do is they show you the price when you search for the car but you could only get the advertised price if you use their financing and have a certain type of trade-in vehicle. If they are going to be this sneaky on the advertised price, what else are they capable of doing to rip you off?

That said - I'm not in a hurry to buy. I came here to drive a Ford Edge. I was aware that there was some minor scratches, etc on the vehicle from the pictures. Hubby and I wanted to take it for a test drive, the sales person rides with you. Not my preference but I understand it. Upon driving the car it was obvious something was wrong with it. It didn't drive well and there was definitely some kind of problem. When we returned we talked to the sales person about it and asked if they were going to fix the car. Sales person basically said (paraphrased) "well we aren't going to put any money into the car unless someone is interested in buying it... we wholesale so we send these to dealerships if they aren't bought. Are you going to buy it?" HARD PASS. We left and I wouldn't go back. While I appreciate the honesty, when the car is driving like crap you should fix it before trying to sell it to a customer. With cars that offered no warranties, would something happen that would make the car not worth the low cost? The salesman claimed he had over 20 years of experience but he acted very inexperienced and it was annoying when he constantly tried to convince me that he wasn't going to make money off my purchase. He kept saying how he only made a hundred bucks a car. I found that to be too up front to the point that it made me feel like he was hiding something. All of the salesman there were very disengaged with working there. They all had these attitudes about themselves that didn't make me very impressed. Now i wished I had more to experience with the actual buying of a vehicle. And I really regret that I couldn't buy the vehicle I almost bought from here because I really liked it. But hey, life happens and maybe it was for the better. Three stars for the sleaze and weird attitudes but I would definitely suffer that again in the future when I try looking for a car again. They added an additional $7000 to my car loan disguised as GAP insurance. After I bought the car, I realized there was nothing accounting for that $7000 difference between the net price and the car loan. When I reached out, I was told they also added a service contract to my loan, without even telling me. I have no proof of gap insurance, and no proof of the service contract. I have asked multiple times since then to gain proof of that, in addition to canceling the unwanted service contract. Since then, I have been dismissed and ignored. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue, nobody has helped or cared. They stole money from me at this point, and they are ignoring every attempt I make to get that money back. I say this again, DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE.
