I had some issues with my first car I was originally buying from them but that was on me so they offered a different car to me. Told me it'd be ready and I came in the day it was supposed to be ready and sat for 4 hours for them to tell me it needed more time in the shop I then did this 2 other times through 3 weeks where I was in that dealership waiting for answers for 4 hours. Their manager I don't remember his name but he was terrible everytime he was told to talk to us he'd take forever to get to us just to tell me to wait longer on the car. Then I was messaging one of the people there checking on the car to see when it would be done in the shop I would be left on read and get no answers. Anytime you call this place you get sent to voicemail and if you leave one you never get a call back. I know they're on those phones cause I sat in that place a total of 16 hours don't understand why they can't answer. I ended up taking my money back and going somewhere else. I would never recommend this place to anyone I feel treated so rudely I was pregnant sitting in these plastic chairs for hours for no good reason and I feel taken advantage of cause of my age I'm pretty young I'm still understanding things like this.

In my Chevy equinox Chevrolet decided to keep using a part in the breaking system that they knew had a history of failure and they had actually recalled from other vehicles. My daughter was driving my equinox during rush-hour traffic when this part broke, making her brakes almost as hard as a rock, and she barely avoided a collision with a full gasoline, tanker truck, who knows how many lives could've ended because of this brake failure. The broken parts then made their way into my engine, completely ruining my engine and making my car in operable. I tried contacting Chevy, but they have shown me that they do not care about my situation or apparently the safety of their customers. There has even been a new class action lawsuit filed because of all the damage Chevrolet choosing to use this part has caused. I have begged Weber Chevrolet for some help with this, but all they've told me is that they're not legally reliable to do anything so they're not going to help me at all.

During our interaction, another customer came up and interrupted us to ask for help, and the representative completely stopped helping us and walked away with him, and we never saw her again. We ended up going out to the truck to figure stuff out ourselves and not one person came back to check on us. Since then, our experience with the service department has been extremely disappointing. My partner has now taken the truck in four separate times for a basic oil change, and every time it has taken over three hours, despite having a scheduled appointment. Every time he asked about an update, the service desk receptionist was rude and acted like he was inconveniencing her by asking about his own vehicle. One of the recent oil changes we dropped the truck off and were told they would let us know when the vehicle was done. We called the dealership to check four hours later and they let us know it had been done for some time, however no one let us know about it. Then, my partner did a software update on his truck, and the truck would not start. We called this dealership because the truck is brand new and we wanted to know what to do. We were transferred to a voicemail. We called back and ultimately were told there was nothing they could do for us unless we had the truck towed to the dealership. We were told that they would try to fit it in in the next few days, and they were unsure about providing a loaner vehicle. They said no one would be there when we would get there with the vehicle so it would at least be the next business day before even considering us for a loaner vehicle, despite them closing at 6 pm and it was only 3 pm. At this point, it seems once the sale was completed, the customer service completely stopped. We have had problems getting basic questions answered, problems with communication, extremely long wait times for scheduled routine services, rude interactions with the service department, and now very little support with a problem involving a brand new vehicle. I would highly recommend taking your money elsewhere when considering a vehicle, because once this location completes a sale they will discard you like a high mileage base model shit box. I'd give it zero stars if I could.

I told them if they were truly not worried about something coming up on the PPI then they should have nothing to worry about, it was a done deal. We had a deal and they couldn't just wait one more day and actually follow through with it. Money over morals I suppose. I'd recommend Tim but definitely not this dealership.
