I was at work so could not be present, but was told they would come back later in the day. I called their office at 5:30pm for a potential ETA, and the receptionist did not know about my tow. She finally located my tow appointment and told me to wait for a call. After waiting in my apartment all evening not able to get my errands done, I finally called metro towing again. Was not able to get in touch so had to call Peddle customer service. Peddle customer service also could not get in touch. I rescheduled for the following day, but after looking at these reviews I'm just going to cancel and ask for a different company. Peddle should not work this towing company it makes them look bad.

I called again after 11:00 and they said the truck had a broken winch cable and they would call me by 1:30 after it was replaced. Never called agai. I called them after 1:30 and they said they hadn't finished fixi the winch and would need to reschedule for another day. I asked why they didn't assign another truck and they said "We have more customers than just you, you know!" So I rescheduled but then called the company buying my truck and had them get me another carrier (tow company) to pic up my truck. Would NEVER use this HORRIBLE towing company!!

After a four hour unacceptable chaotic experience with my insurance company "provider" he had me on the road in no time.
