    Cash Register Sneeze Guard.
    Albert G.

Needed to get a sneeze guard for register at my business and went to my regular showcase store but they wanted $190 for a 24x24 sneeze guard and I thought that seemed a little high so I went on offer up and came across MK Acrylic Designs and stopped by the location and placed my order and ending up getting a bigger better quality sneeze guard from them for cheaper, I am Definitely satisfied with my purchase and the customer service was A+, I will be ordering another one from them for my counter top next. I would recommend them to anyone looking for sneeze guards or anything Acrylic.

    Little misalign, barely noticeable.

Thank you MK for making 2 sneeze guards for me rapidly within 2 days. I liked that you made the iniative & went above and beyond at changing the initial design more structurally stronger even better looking than I requested. I got a good deal for a quarter inch thick panels! One panel, however, was not perfectly straight/aligned by the base but it wasnt too obvious on a glance unless you closely inspect the workmanship.

Here's a photo of the acrylic display case they made for me, it came out perfect!

These guys do amazing work! They made me an acrylic display case for a statue and it came out perfect. Very good at keeping me updated with my order and gave me feedback on upkeep for the case. Very helpful with any questions or doubts I had. No hassle or stress at all. So strange to read some of the negative reviews because I had no issues. In fact, i would highly recommend them!

Spinning brush holder comes with lid (not pictured) beads I bought separately. LOVE IT!

Another fine craftsman, found on Yelp!…read more I found GoFab when searching for machine shops and metal fabricators on Yelp. The reviews looked great, so I did my usual armchair vetting by checking the reviews on Fakespot.com, a website that verifies the legitimacy of user reviews. GoFab is rated "Grade A"! I wanted to replace an automated front door lock with a newer wireless model. The only problem was that the newer lock face plate is smaller than the old one. This would leave exposed screw holes in our door which would be obvious, even if patched. I needed a custom decorative plate to cover the old holes. I stopped by GoFab and met Jason, a surprisingly young man for being proprietor of such an advanced shop. He instantly understood what I wanted. Within two days he emailed me a detailed shop drawing of my piece. It was exciting to see my idea one step closer to reality! I should mention that this was a bit of a rush job which Jason finished for me in ample time. The finished product is beautiful and fully serves its purpose, the cost was reasonable and Jason is an exceptionally nice person. I am happy to recommend GoFab and to add my 5-Star review to their growing list of perfect reviews.

He does a very beautiful job and you can tell that he really enjoys his work. I commissioned Mirai's Blood Sword from Kyoukai no Kanata and it turned out exactly as I pictured it! It was the correct length and the curves were very nice. He even beveled the edges to give it 3D dimension. The only thing I am concerned about is the blade being too heavy for the handle. Other than that, it was beautiful! I would definitely commission Jason for future products. I have been recommending him to some friends as well. If you have a project, you should ask him for a quote!!

Miracle Fix: Jose and Lorenzo Saved My Miata. Answer to my…read moreprayers. Expert welders and fabricators. My Mazda developed a loud rattling and knocking noise underneath and no one could figure out why. I went to eight different shops. Each one gave me a different guess: heat shields, engine mounts, catalytic converter, "play in the differential," you name it. Nothing made sense, and the noise was so annoying at red lights and/or with foot on the brake . Finally, one honest shop (Thanh Auto in Garden Grove) spotted the real culprit: a big clean crack in the aluminum mounting bracket attached to the differential housing. Every mechanic I spoke with afterward told me the same thing: "Only solution is to drop the entire differential and replace it." Translation: very expensive. Thanh's expert ( Keith) suggested welding the crack, but every welding shop I contacted said the same thing -- "No space. We'd have to remove the differential before welding. Almost as costly as replacing the whole diff." Then I found Jose at OC Fabrication on Yelp. Within minutes of sending him a photo, he replied ...fast, professional, and confident. He said it might be doable without removing the diff, but he needed to inspect in person. He even gave me two honest estimates: a higher price if the diff needed to come out, and a much lower one if he could reach it in place. He squeezed me in after hours the very next day. He and his welder Lorenzo crawled under the car, inspected the crack, and confirmed they could do it without removing anything. They carefully jacked the differential to realign the broken ear, cleaned the aluminum, welded it beautifully, and then reinforced it with additional metal. All in under 90 minutes. When we test drove the car afterward -- night and day. Smooth. Quiet. Solid. The rattling and knocking that haunted me for a weeek? Gone. Jose told me straight: most shops wouldn't even attempt this kind of repair. But he and Lorenzo took it on with skill, confidence, pride in their craft, and real customer care. They solved a problem that eight other shops shrugged at. I can't recommend these guys enough. Professional, talented, honest, and genuinely passionate about their work. Bravo, Jose and Lorenzo. Many thanks. Bonus: Their shop is amazing -- full of unique custom fabrication projects, metalwork, and creative builds. Kudos for their skill and craftsmanship and care.

Fast forward to this instance where I have a batch of rotors that I needed to be turned down 1mm each side. Call him, describe what I'm needing and ask if he has a rough estimate on price. He asks me to text pictures, I jot down his number and then send him pictures shortly after. Gave him an hr or so and called him back to see if he received the pictures. Doesnt reallt acknowledge it and is pushy to have me bring them in and that he can do it. I'm about 25ish mins away, but he insists that he'll be late at the shop and that it's no problem. I bring in 1 rotor to see if he can still give me an estimate and he suggests he can help me bring in the rest of the rotors, about 10 in total. As we're bringing them in, I ask him again how much he's thinking it's going to be and he mentions $50 each. At this point, it's beyond the threshold in which the supplier was going to reimburse me for so I ask if I can just machine 2 rotors for now and figure out what can be done with the supplier. The next week rolls around and days go where I dont hear anything. I text him and no response for a day or 2. I call later the following week and he gives me a response like the rotors have been done and that he's been waiting on me. I ask him texting is the best method of communication since he originally asked me to text and he said text is good. I ask him if he's been receiving my texts in which he responds with affirmation. I go to pick up the rotors and come to find out that he only did a single rotor in which I ask when the other side would be done and he says in about 1-2 business days. I say that's fine and then mention that I'll leave that single rotor behind and grab the rest. He then mentions that if I in doing just 2 rotors, that the price would be $100 each. At this point, I'm no longer feeling like this is about money and get the impression that he's just a shady crook now trying to take advantage of people. I'm a little shocked at the pricing at this point and ended up just taking all the rotors back and paid him his $100 to machine a single rotor. Ended up having another shop do the for $20 each

I needed some cylinder head refresh work done on a replacement engine and took my head here. It's for a bmw s54 engine. I understand Engine supply does a lot of domestic work but will also do European and Japanese engines. After speaking with one of the guys, I found out that it's a family owned and operated company. The guys are definitely knowledgeable. The cylinder was picked up and was in great clean condition as expected by a good machine shop. What impressed me was they took me to the back to show my cylinder head during assembly when I dropped off my valve seals. The shop is well organized and clean. When I picked up the cylinder head, the Machinist who worked on my cylinder head also mentioned that the valves were returned in the exact order it was removed, which makes putting the shims I removed back it the same order easier to adjust the valve clearance on assembly. The cylinder head was assembled back into the used block. And is now running in the car without any oil consumption. It has done multiple track days without issue. I'm very happy with their work and can vouch that you are getting top notch quality work. Thank you Engine Supply Team! -Clarence
