I asked where were my gold links (incase I ever needed them put back in) and he said "oh I probably melted them down". What...who does that?! And, without asking me??!!! I told him I didn't want the bag of misc gold pieces so he offered to take a whopping $25 off my bill!! I could not and still can not believe someone would do something like this. And, act as if it was the norm at their store to melt the gold down and not return it to the owner. I came to the store two days in a row and received amazing service that exceeded all expectations of any typical buying ceremony I've ever been part of. Normally when I shop, it's very concise as I buy routine products via necessity. This purchase was quite different and symbolic to me in many ways and I am grateful that Bryan was well knowledgeable of the products. He even wore a Tissot watch the day I made my purchase which solidified my trust and his admiration of the brand I had newly become a fan of.
