Updating my review, two years ago Karen did a great job. I recently went back for same service gel mani but in 7 days it turned out not that great, and chipped. I told the other nail tech when I was there that my color was too light but she insisted it was fine. Sorry but 2nd time around was not the best outcome :( read more

I've requested multiple times for Karen on the website and she's never done my pedicures or manicures, it's always someone else. The work has been fine though. I'm not sure if they double book themselves just to get clientele but they seem to always run late on appointments. I didn't get sat down til 45 min after my appointment which made me switch from an hour service to 30 min due to my time frame. Disappointing. The prices are also not updated on their website as it in is shop. When I asked why the price difference they said it's ok it's just old menu. Won't be coming back anymore. read more

Wow. Just wow. I am absolutely blown away by the experience I am having here today. First of all, they fit me in at the last minute on a busy Friday before Mother's Day. Second, it has been MONTHS since I have had anything done to my nails, so they were looking a little scary. Came in the day before and made an appointment because they were booked up. I came at try appointment time and was greeted and sat down in the massage chair. I was given a menu of services and selected the basic pedicure with gel and a gel manicure. Kathy did both my manicure and pedicure. I was happy with both as Kathy took her time. I normally get cut when the manicurist is doing my cuticles. Kathy was careful and didn't cut me at all. I loved how she was a perfectionist. Overall, this is my new nail salon and definitely a hidden gem in morgan hill. I like how small it was which makes for a relaxing environment. My third time coming here. My first two experiences were great. This shop continues to be clean and I like that they have clients wash their hands before getting any services done. However, when I went today to get my pedicure done, my nail tech made a comment about my uneven toes in Vietnamese and I felt that was very unprofessional. She also added that the color I chose is what old ladies tend to request for. She was telling the owner this, probably thinking I didn't understand Vietnamese, all the while the owner just turning a blind eye to her unprofessionalism. I really wanted to like this place as it is very close to my home but after this experience today, I will not be coming back. I just love how people these days just judge others and talk smack in a different language thinking the people around them don't understand. We live in the bay area where it's so diverse... I stumbled across this nail salon while randomly scrolling through yelp and discovered that it's brand new! Yesterday, January 1st, was their soft opening and today, January 2nd, was their grand opening. Scheduling an appointment was super easy. I did it through yelp. The owner responded throughout the day really quickly. It would probably be better to call, though. The shop is kind of small but spacious. There are 4 pedicure stations and 4 manicure stations. They use the disposable wrap in the pedicure tubs + sterile equipment. I ended up going with the classic manicure and pedicure which are normally $20 and $25, respectively. However, they are doing a grand opening deal where services are 25% off. Throughout my time here, I felt very valued & probably the most special I've ever felt at a nail salon. I was offered water and tea and even a slice of pizza towards . While the techs where doing my nails, they were very friendly and constantly making sure I was satisfied, whether about the water temperature, length/shape of my nails, massage depth, and # of coats. When my normally dip powder nails in powder 20 we're getting boring Karen turned me on to buildable gel. And WOW it was- best set of nails I've ever had!! I decided to give this nail salon a try today due to the yelp reviews. Big mistake. I had a 12pm appt and at 12:30 I walked out because I had not been helped and had not been told that I would have to wait regardless of having an appointment. At 12:15 I was told the tech just needed to polish someone's nails and then would help me. At 12:30 she was not done. Small hole in the wall establishment and if i would have visited them before making an appointment, I would not have booked with them.
