Leon runs the best neighborhood spot for pups of all ages to meet and have fun with one another! I…read morebrought my 4-month-old puppy Lychee there because I noticed that she kept getting really shaky and nervous whenever she saw another dog while out on walks. Leon was great about getting her accustomed to the space and did a really wonderful job the first day of letting her gradually meet friendly dogs one-on-one in her own little spot before mixing her with the group. Now when we're on walks instead of running away from the other dogs she keeps trying to get us to walk towards them! She has gotten so much more comfortable and better socialized. She also loves Leon and Bonnie and runs into their arms without really paying me any mind when I go to drop her off. I also really appreciate how they take the time to tell me how she did and who she played with. Leon even sends me photos on my phone because I don't have Instagram. If you're a new pup parent like me, I'd strongly recommend checking out Paws Pet N' Play! It's been a great way for me to get a bunch of stuff done for a couple of hours and rest assured knowing that my puppy is having a blast.

And sounded like he was slamming a crate shut each time he screamed. Could also see in the basement because the window was open, just a crate and a food and water bowl and a very lonely pup. I suggest no one bring their dog here. We walked away immediately. Also smelled pretty bad walking by, you would think that it would be cleaned regularly

We first enrolled about a year ago and Michael and Martha did an intake evaluation to make sure Pippa would fit in. After that Pippa was enrolled in their daycare 2x a week. One fabulous thing about Wiggling Tails is that they do pick up and drop offs in the city! Michael, Martha, and team are excellent communicators and are willing to be flexible. I LOVE all the fun photo shoots they do. They are so creative and go above and beyond. I'm including in my post the Valentine's Day and Mother's Day photo shoots which they framed for me . In addition to the photo shoots they will take action shots and videos of your pup during the day. I have always felt safe sending Pippa to Wiggling Tails. Pippa is always so excited when she sees the Wiggling Tails van and will literally leap into the crate in the back (and she hates crates)! I love Wiggling Tails and highly highly recommend them. It's been the best decision I've made for Pippa. Thank you Martha, Michael, and team for all you do for Pippa!

Wiggling Tails is literally the only dog care establishment I trust with my pup. With Martha,…read moreMichael, and their close-knit crew, I can trust that my Lizou (2 year old 13 lb YorkiePoodle) is not only well taken care of, but treated like family/like their own. Not only do I trust and love Wiggling Tails for my dog's weekly daycare (and periodically overnight boarding), but Lizou LOVES them too... He knows that when he goes to Daycare, he's in for a day of fun with some doggos AND some humans. Getting Lizou integrated into the Wiggling Tails schedule at a young age (~6months) was the BEST decision we ever made -- for me, and for Lizou (for structure, for dog friendliness, etc.). I actively recommend my friends' pups to consider them too! Now, Lizou even has dog friends that he has known from "the outside" within the Daycare schedule! Also.. the pickup/drop off schedule is one of a kind in the bay area, and SO convenient to work around work schedules! One additional note to add to my review of their high quality, loving, clean, and SAFE care of dogs, is that you never know what special gems the staff and owners will surprise and delight you with... whether it's neat swag, special holiday-themed photo-ops, or action videos from daily play... Wiggling Tails provides the utmost care AND some really adorable and thoughtful added bonuses. Providing some photograph examples of Lizou at Wiggling Tails, and, what Lizou looks like napping after a great day at DayCare... IG @lizoutheyorkipoo

Felix was definitely the right choice for my family. From the beginning it was so clear Felix really knew how to deal with every issue I had. Stubborn potty training and aggression between my two female dogs. He has helped us step by step and now I can say my house is clean, my girls are getting along, and I will certainly be recommending him to everyone. He is knowledgeable, personable, gentle, and genuinely cares about the dogs in his care. I could not recommend his service more.

I had high hopes for Tri-Valley K9/Felix S. when I hired him to board & train our 2 Shepherd mixes…read morefor a week (8 nights specifically). Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. We wanted our dogs to work on obedience and off-leash training. One of our dogs is a quick learner and the other is very treat-motivated. We understand that one week is not enough to perfect these tasks however, we expected the learning process to begin under the trainer's care and the owners would be recapped on what was taught in order to reinforce, and continue the training. However, after the entire week, we felt that there was not any training to "continue". The one training video we received was of our dogs learning "place" and "stay" - both commands that they already knew. Felix mentioned they walked around the park every day....was there any training here? Or was he just walking our dogs? Cause they walked the exact same way when we got them back. Additionally, we specifically mentioned training goals we wanted to be addressed. One was reactive towards larger dogs and the other was very sensitive to loud noises/busy streets. When asked if he worked on those concerns, Felix stated that he did not witness any of those behaviors at all - so it was not addressed. My question is - were they intentionally exposed enough to express those behaviors? (During our 1-on-1, we walked along the busy street and my dog instantly became skittish and started pulling away from the street...it was not difficult to witness and address the behavior.) Felix informed us that he was in the middle of a marketing restructuring and although the updated costs were higher, he was willing to accommodate the former pricing structure of $175/night/dog. We spent $2800 for a week of boarding & training for 2 dogs. I requested daily photos and updates and for the entire week, we only received 3 sporadic photo updates - all prompted by my request. I only received 1 actual report on Day 2 which stated that they did not do any training yet because our dogs have not adjusted to their new environment yet. Pick up and drop off were fine. However, the 1 hr recap session with us was scheduled a couple of days after drop off. Felix completely missed our appointment and didn't realize until we texted him 15 min into our scheduled appointment. We ended up meeting the next day. Felix could not specifically recall what commands/training they worked on during the one week with him. We did not see ANY differences in our dogs' behavior. While the one-hour session was okay, it does not make up for the one-week training we were promised. As a gesture for completely missing our originally scheduled appt, he offered an extra free lesson where we can work on off-leash walking using e-collars. It has been a month since we scheduled the makeup lesson. He canceled and rescheduled twice. I texted him 2 times to see when we can reschedule this makeup appointment and have not received any response. At this point, I think it's safe to say we have been ghosted by Felix since Oct 2, 2023. It is distasteful when you offer something to make up for your mistake and then never follow through with it. Overall - I would NOT recommend Felix's board and train. He seems very disorganized and scattered with many commitments all over the Bay Area. Unless you are doing a 1-on-1 where you have his full attention, I would not trust he's allotting the appropriate time and training for your pup. Avoid the costly mistake that we made with Board + Train. The only good things that came out of this experience were that (1) my dogs came back safe and healthy, and (2) the one-hour 1-on-1 session went well.
