Another issue we had was our boiler was not generating hot water and we needed those 2 things fixed asap. With that said let's get to work... My husband explained all of the troubleshooting steps he took to attempt to fix the boiler he said we needed a part that was broken/no good in order to work and to keep the flame on, job number 2, he fixed the drain problem, not to mention that when I was looking for him I noticed he was across the street chatting with my neighbors while I am getting charged by the hour/minute. I was beyond frustrated. He comes back I find him under my sink performing unauthorized work which I was able to confirm with my husband this was not authorized. Some sort of leak under the sink. I called Anderson Plumbing, after normal business hours and told them my problem. I had to unplug the sump pump and storms were predicted for last night. Believe it or not, Joe was at the house within the hour! He was prompt, professional, and respectful. Since my husband's stroke, he cannot climb stairs so Joe actually took a picture of how he fixed it to show him. I thought that was way above the normal service!
