I called Anderson Plumbing, after normal business hours and told them my problem. I had to unplug the sump pump and storms were predicted for last night. Believe it or not, Joe was at the house within the hour! He was prompt, professional, and respectful. Since my husband's stroke, he cannot climb stairs so Joe actually took a picture of how he fixed it to show him. I thought that was way above the normal service! The employee literally fled the apartment, leaving his tools behind, and apparently hit a neighbor's car during his escape. At first, the company ignored our calls, text messages, and emails. Voicemail was full. When we eventually got them on the phone days later, they denied ever sending anyone to my dad's location that day, even though text messages clearly show they agreed to send a plumber on that day and time.
