The family that owns this store is very nice. They treat you like family (I got to know the couple through another venue). Anyway, I had a diamond solitaire ring that I wanted to transform into a pendant. The owner showed me a variety of settings and was able to transfer the diamond from the ring to pendant immediately. He also weighed the gold left over from the ring and deducted that amount from the price of the new pendant and chain. I wear it every day and get compliments on it all the time. I truly believe the prices match the quality of what they carry and what I liked even more is that they carry a lot of one of a kind settings. So after looking at everything I went ahead and purchased the diamond and ring setting which also included a wedding band for a great deal. The best part was she recommended and I don't get it sized yet and wait until after she wears her ring, just to be safe. Well a couple months later after a weekend breakfast, my fiancé wanted to pop in to see if she could get it resized. It was the easiest process ever. They literally just looked at the ring and sent us to the back and had it resized. Then they asked the man who does custom jewelry about the bangle, and he told my fiancé he would sell it to her for $600. My fiancé said she'll think about because it is a big purchase. We came back a week later ready to buy the bangle. The younger woman now said it would be $1300. My fiancé says the man quoted it would be $600. The younger woman said they wouldn't break even since the jade bangle without the gold clasp $300-400. The man she initially spoke to wasn't there and was told he would return in 30 mins to an hour. My fiancé and I decided to get lunch to kill time. We returned so we could speak the man, and asked if $600 bangle offer was still available. He immediately said "I don't want to do it anymore. I came to this store with the dilemma to choose between a few very expensive watches. The owners of this family business were very courteous and trusting in showing me all my options, as well as a few new ones that caught my eye, and were very patient as I took my time to observe all the pieces. They aren't pushy and the guys at this store really know their stuff - they can show you all the features and explain them all if you like. The store is well-lit, spacious, and well-kept. The discounted prices, quoted to you in-store, are exceptional - easily saving a few hundred to thousands, depending on the model. Prices were way better than in-store quoted prices at other stores (like Tourneau). If you're into Tag Heuers, I think they have the entire lineup. They also repair jewelry and watches. I took in one of my Cartier watches for a gear alignment issue and another luxury watch for a movement diagnostic. Each came out to be minimal in cost (~$30) and was worked on and fixed immediately by their in-house technicians. There aren't too many honest shops like this that you can trust with your expensive belongings these days.
