I also made an appointment to visit the showroom the morning of and it was apparent that they don't have many visitors since the showroom was used more so of a stocking room. Brandy was so helpful and patient with me for all the questions that I had. She allowed to try on multiple band widths and ring sizes. By the end of the appointment I knew what I wanted but unfortunately they couldn't provide the ring in the features and style I wanted. Absolutely awful customer service. I bought a titanium spinning ring, and when I came it did not even spin and was making a grinding noise. I got a hold of customer service who asked for a video (reasonable, no problem) that I sent, and asked for another engraving on the outside that I wanted after the initial purchase. I find I not only have to pay for the shipping of the return back to them, I ALSO have to pay AGAIN for the same inside engraving on a DEFECTIVE ITEM (note this is in addition to the upcharge I was prepared for the outside). I asked for a refund instead, I will never do business with this company again and I discourage anyone else from doing so as well. read more

Bought an engagement ring last year and proposed to my fiance on November 21st 2019 at 8pm. At 330am on November 22nd, she went to take the ring off due to it being uncomfortable and it broke on her finger, see pictures. A top quality ring would not have broke like this one did. I called Larson Jewelers multiple times to inquire about rings that they have in stock and each time I called, they were very accessible. I called about a week before to make an appt to come in. They close for lunch @11am & take appts again @2pm, so I made an appt for a Wednesday at 2pm. Larson Jewelers is in a building on the 6th floor. There is a parking lot for the building that charges $1 per 30 minutes, $8/day maximum. When we arrived, we were helped immediately. We were the only ones there, and they closed the door while helping us and us only! We were able to look at rings that we specifically came for, browse some of the ones they have samples of, and try on some that are in stock. We tried on different widths and sizes. We never felt like we were a nuisance and were able to get the cost of each ring before deciding. We left with 2 rings and are extremely happy. I ordered a ring for my nephew that cost $309.00, and paid extra for overnight shipping. I called Larson the next day to find out the status, and was given the run-around. I was told that it would ship out the next day. I informed her that I didn't pay for two day shipping. She checked her notes and said, "You're correct. The order has been shipped, and it should be there today," "Is there anything else I can help you with?" I could tell she was anxious to end the call, and for good reason. I had texted the company earlier, about some concerns I had, and when they finally got back to me two hrs. later, they apologized for any inconvenience, and said they don't process items until the next day, and that normal process takes between 1 and three days. Then she told me my nephew wouldn't get his ring for two days. I told her I didn't pay for two day shipping, but it went in one ear and other the next. Why did the woman I talked to on the phone lie to me? Why did she tell me that since our conversation was garbled the information I'm hearing may be incorrect? She called her supervisor over, and he said nothing could be done about the noise until the call was ended. It sure sounds like a cop-out to me. Now I am out the money I paid for overnight shipping. I can't say enough great things about this place! I ordered a Tungsten fingerprint engraving ring online and decided that I wanted to go in store to do the actual fingerprinting. My fiancé and I went in today and were helped by Joseph. HE IS AWESOME. He helped us out so much and was super patient. We were able to see the ring that I ordered online and after deciding it wasn't exactly what we wanted, we were able to pick out the perfect ring in store without any hassle. I could not be less impressed with this place. I ordered a 2mm men's wedding band for my parents 40th anniversary, a surprise party. Shortly after placing my order I received a call telling me they didn't carry that item, despite being able to select it on their website. Ok, whatever, I ordered the thicker band and move on. Flash forward to FedEx losing the order I paid for express shipping on because the party is in a week and a half. I contacted Larson, an extremely nice customer service rep told me to send an email with my order number and fed ex claim number. I was assured that a replacement would be overnighted. Flash forward to the next day and I have to call because I have received no information from Larson. Turns out no one had checked the email, ok fine the same rep helps me by placing the order. I wait seven hours with no confirmation, leading to call #3. I speak with the same rep who tells me it shipped earlier the email just must not have forwarded. Within five minutes I receive two Bolt verification texts and two emails showing the order had been processed seven hours after what I was told....to the WRONG address. On call #4 a different rep told me the invoice was wrong, it shipped to the right address, after placing me on hold it did not go to the right address. I receive a new confirmation email with the correct email only to be told it won't ship until tomorrow. Then abruptly she is informed no we will overnight it, we're closing right now and don't have a label, but we will overnight it. Rushes me off the phone. Three of the four calls to Larson sounded like I was interrupting a frat party. Ironically, I spoke with the same reps on both occasions. I ordered a black spinner wedding band for my husband a few days prior to our wedding. With everything going on and courthouses closed, Honda Center in Orange County was offering small intimate wedding ceremonies. I knew that at a later date we could have the larger ceremony we had planned for, but for the time being we still wanted to become husband and wife. Micah, a representative from Larsons went above and beyond all my expectations of exceptional customer care. I ordered my husbands band online on Monday and our ceremony was that coming Friday, I called Wednesday to see status and was told my ring would be getting here on Friday morning. That was still a quick turnaround in delivery, but not quite quick enough. Micah offered me the opportunity to stop by the store and pick up the same band that Thursday morning so I could have my husbands band. I was so impressed on how he went out of his way to do what I believed was the impossible just to make sure we had his band for the ceremony. This place is garbage. We ordered my wedding band from them and the first one was perfect. The engraving was nice, the ring seemed well made, great. A little over a year and a half later the ring broke - they replaced the ring as per the warranty no problem. Fast forward to a year later. The ring breaks AGAIN. This time we have to send the ring back more than 6 (SIX) times because each replacement they send has the engraving wrong, skewed, or in the wrong place. They have the audacity to tell us "not all engravings look alike" which I can understand, however any person who isn't completely blind would notice the horrible quality of the engraving they're sending out. The managers don't answer their phones, then send emails claiming they've been trying to reach you. When you finally get someone on the phone they do everything they can to get you to shut up and hand up the phone. The latest replacement they send was (surprise) garbage quality and incorrect. After more than 6 returns I'm convinced the people here are blind, stupid, or both and we won't be using them any further. Absolutely ridiculous experience from an absolutely garbage company. *This review is for the online ordering process only* After months of going from one mall Jewelry store to another my soon to be husband was not finding his "perfect" wedding band. After searching online he found his match which was a Triton Band that we could only find at Larson Jewlers. The online ordering process was super easy and we were even able to have the inside of the band engraved at a much cheaper price than any other retail stores. Now with that said, at all the jewelry stores his ring finger was also measuring a size 13.5 and according to them it would take a 6 week special order for his size to come in. With Larson, we ordered, they engraved and in less than a week we had it. To their credit hey did send a 14.5 band but it was too big! After returning the ring 2 times we discovered there was a free measuring packet they would send you on their website. We ordered that for free, it came in within 4 days and discovered his true run size was an 11.5. So lesson learned, of your ordering wedding bands or rings have them send you the sizer for free! It's definitely with it! Throughout the process they responded promptly to emails and always sent me tracking numbers of when the ring was sent out. Mad shout out to Heather for all her patience and understanding! She was the best! Another tip: don't wait till the last minute like other people did on here. It's just the ring, don't let it ruin your wedding. We ordered ours 2 months ahead of time and returned it 3 times. We have our perfect ring within 3 weeks of the wedding. That's pretty darn good! We ordered our tungsten wedding bands for our covid elopement-- with 2 day air shipping. They engraved our fingerprints inside and had them in the mail the next day! Unfortunately the delivery was late due to the massive snow storm, with our rings stuck in the next town over for another few days. Oh well! They got here in time which is what matters! I ordered my ring awhile ago. I got the shipping confirmation the very next day. I went to track my ring, and it says shipping label created, and nothing else afterwards. I tried calling Larson Jewelers number, and the automated voice just keeps repeating to leave a message with order number and contact info and never lets me leave a message. It says I haven't called during business hours (M-F 9-5pm... I called at 10:30am!) No one responds to the emails. No one responds to the texts. Can't talk to anyone, and feel completely scammed. I went on my profile on their website to look at previous order history, and it says I have no previous orders! If I want to "check" my history, I have to email them. And again, no one answers the emails. I'm reporting scam and getting the money back - $200 wasted. I'll be buying the ring from a LEGIT site. I've never dealt with such an unprofessional company before. To update: 9 days later I got a reply from the company on yelp. They were understaffed due to covid. Okay, so this place is pretty much awesome!!! Let me start by saying that I read most of the bad reviews on this place before going, and to be honest I was leery about it. But I gave it a shot anyways. I called first and walk ins were welcome, although they do do appointments. They literally spent an hour with me going over all of their rings. I must have tried 20 different ones. I settled on one and guess what? They carry all sizes! So I was able to get my size and engraved while I waited about 3 min. Crazy cool. So after about a week, I noticed that my ring had a bit of a sharp edge, only on one side.. strange and curious I went back and asked about. They gladly took a look at it and said there was a slight defect, they swopped out the ring, and engraved it again for free! Now I was feeling pretty good about it. But, when almost getting back to my truck, the new ring almost fell off my finger. So I was like dammit.. they took back the old ring, and engraved a new ring that's too loose.. I had to go back.. Once again they gladly took a look and agreed.. so they brought out more rings around the same size, sized my ring finger and also engraved the now 3rd ring for free. Now if that's not service, then I don't know what is.. the whole experience was outstanding, I'm glad I came here and will most definitely use Larson jewelers again.
