Literally the best manicures ! I've been going for years now and probably will forever.

If you think you have had a good manicure before you're mind is a about to be blown. I have never received so many compliments on my nails in my life. They look so clean and put together and they never lift or chip. Russian hard gel is the way to go if you want great durability. I wash my hands sometimes 50 times a day at my job and my nails can last 5-6 weeks. Natalia and Lana are my personal favorites but the whole staff does excellent work. The salon itself has a welcoming atmosphere and everyone at the front is very attentive. If you are looking to try a new nail place, this is the spot and prepare to be addicted!! read more

So I hesitated writing a negative experience and gave them several chances because I really used to love this place.. especially when they were at the different location. The quality of service has become worse and so did the customer service. Here is my experience for my last 3 visits in the past 3 months: -it takes 6 weeks to get an appointment with 50% deposit upfront. They have a stringent cancellation policy which I understand, only if they were respectful for the client's time as much as theirs. They often change it last minute from their end and don't give much flexibility for people who did the due diligence to get appointment early. -past 3 times I was there, they refuse any additional service citing "I don't have time". They won't fix one broken nail or make one design that customer requests. I wait that long and pay more to get the nail I want. -quality of service has gotten worse. Technicians are not as skillful as they once were and so aggressive. Past 3 times I was there all with different people I came out with at least 3 nail bleeding and hurting for several days. The last time it was even worse it's a deep cut! This is what really pushed me over the edge! All of this while raising the price by $10 and literally charging extra for every bit of service. I'm sad I have to find a new salon but I'm giving up. read more

This review is for Vira, for eyelash extensions. I've gotten lashes from several technicians in the area, for many years. No one has even came close to Vira's skill level. Her material is super light, process is comfortable and the results last several weeks. Even when I am due for my 3-week refill, my lashes still look good! At that point I have to get the refill only because my natural lashes have grown so much. I also recommend the salon for gel nails. I do not recommend this place to anybody. First of all, I came here March 24th, 2023 for a russian manicure + pedicure. They charged me more than $200 for beginner's job (the girl told me she came to US only 3 months ago and just started to do nails). I didn't like my nails at all especially for the price I paid. But I decided to let it go, I found a perfect service in another beauty studio where I am 100% satisfied. Next appointment with this studio ended up with problems again. I made an appointment with injector Nur (who is really a brilliant and amazing professional with huge experience in everything she does!) and the person from reception was trying to contact me multiple times trying to force me to reschedule and cancel my appointment. Even though Nur told me that everything is fine and I still can come in time we were talking about. These people were calling me late evening after 7pm and I really felt mentally pressed by them. But this is still not all yet. Last time I was trying to make an appointment to trim my bangs and cut damaged hair tips (I didn't pick the tips in the website because they didn't have it), but I knew it takes 5 mins to do that and was ready to pay more. I booked it and after that they called me again and ask me to come in another day. They cancelled my appointment again. I made a new appointment for two days later and they accepted it. The next day less than 24 hours prior my appointment the owner directly called me and was trying to convince me to go to another hair stylist without reviews, telling me that for this stylist my haircut are too cheap and not worth her time :))) I politely explained to her that I already experienced a stylist in another salon has ruined my haircut and I don't want to take a risk again. I also said that if I want to do $20 bang trim, doesn't mean that I don't want to do something else in the future, I just need only this for now, but I'll be more than happy to do treatments, coloring and many more. But the owner said that there's nothing they can do. I basically felt insulted that I'm too cheap to come to this place. They cancelled my appointment one day later and I lost my time again. I could have made an appointment to another place because I was needed haircut immediately for my anniversary dinner. This people didn't care. They charged me twice 50% for the haircut I never got, 4 business day later I got only one refund and another one not even pending, even though my appointment was cancelled immediately and money had to come back the same day because transaction was declined. I am going to call my bank today. After the first appointment back in March I had not a good sense about this place and I was right, money is more important for owner than everything else, than a good and sincere relationship. And please don't call me again, I really feel mentally abused after your multiple calls especially in the late evening. read more

I really enjoy coming here, it's a one stop shop where you can get your hair, nails , skin and much more done. I get my color and cuts with Shana and she's simply the best with layering my hair just the way I like. It has so much more volume and shine after she started cutting and coloring my hair. I had gel Russian maniocure three times with Jusmine. The quality of work is very good. Having said that, the first time it was $65, they said it was promotion. Fine. The second time it was $75- no promotion. I have just booked mine for the third time and they charged me $85. I believe, even for a good quality of work it is too much. When I asked the reception girl if they are going to increase the prices in increments of $10 every month, she did not understand an irony. Will talk to Aidana, see what happens. read more

I found this salon last year through one of their nail artists on IG and I was really intrigued by the amount of detail that was involved in a Russian manicure so I tried it out and I've literally been hooked since then. I use to get regular gel manicures and my nails are thin so I could never dare to have long nails without extensions, but now I can with the Russian Gel manicure! I go religiously to Diana every 4-5 weeks and because of this type of manicure that is how long I can go until my next visit! The appointments are longer than your normal/average manicure, but these Russian manicures are meticulously detailed and veers on the edge of perfection.. seriously. If you are very particular and maybe little OCD like me, then you MUST come here. You literally do not have to tell them to do a good job because it just comes natural with this salon. No more picking at small details after leaving the salon! Hallelujah! Before Diana accepted me as one of her long-term clients, I have also went to almost every nail tech at Beauty by Aidana and they all do an amazing and equal job. I've been coming to see these guys since i got engaged in 2019 and needed my nails to be on point. I haven't been able to go back to another salon since. I now travel from Ashburn for every appointment. I absolutely love Diana's work. If I show her a picture of some crazy nail design, she makes it happen. Let me first start by saying I just love this place.. the ambiance and the energy is AWESOME!! I can just just go there and seat at their gorgeous lounge/waiting area and stay there all day. I am very picky about any service I get. First time I went there (a while ago) was to get my eyelashes done and Shafa was AMAZING! I Walked out of there feeling like a total Diva I will keep going to see her. She is very professional and very knowledgeable, she will walk you through on how to take care of your gorgeous eyelash extensions. Let me just mention that my eyelashes were in a really bad shape when I first went to see Shafa.. she literally SAVED my natural eyelashes, she is hones and will tell you what is good or not for your eyelashes. Their service and quality decreased drastically. They used to be so much better. It takes 6 weeks in advance to get an appointment with a 50% deposit. You can cancel it at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you cancel it too late then they keep your deposit. However, they cancelled on me twice & weren't even able to move my appointment within that week or the week after. They have no respect for their clients' time. When I pay $100+ to get my nails done, I expect it to last at least 4-5 weeks solid. Some techs are aggressive and really hurt your nails when they file & mess up your cuticles. Last time I got Russian Gel Manicure + 2 nail fixes. First of all, they charge $75 for Russian gel manicure and additional $9 to fix one nail. Within one week of getting my nails done, one of those fixed nails broke. I called them to make an appointment they said they didn't have availability that week nor on the weekend. They couldn't even squeeze me in between appointments to get 1 nail fixed. They only had availability on a weekday afternoon. I showed up that day & the technician who did my nails fixed my nail. Front desk tried to charge me again for that nail & told me they only have a 5 day policy. You pay and wait to get your nails done but if they break or get messed up you can't even get it fixed..ok... I was glad that the tech fixed my nail though. However, that nail broke again a few days later. If you are putting such policies for your clients, you need to keep up with your customer service. read more

Came to get my nails done for my engagement shoot after hearing all the rave about Russian manicures. I asked for a simple french manicure and showed the first photo below but left with the second. Third pic is after 2 weeks - don't see a difference compared to a regular gel manicure. Not sure what went wrong since French is a common nail design with a clear base. She did a gray/pink base that ruined the whole thing. I did ask a few times if it was going to end up looking clear like the photo and she assured me it would. The entire process (3 hours) was done with lots of precision but just super disappointing that they didn't come out how I asked. I went to get my nails re done somewhere else and the tech was so shocked at how chunky and terrible the nails looked. When I told her the price she audibly gasped. Spent $110 + tip and won't be back. read more

I needed my nails done for an upcoming event and found BBA through a Google search. I'm no stranger to a Russian manicure as I've been doing my own nails for decades and most recently had been seeing my Mom in laws Russian manicurist in South Carolina who does a phenomenal job. Looking back at the reviews most ppl were saying to go to Olga but she's booked and I just wanted a simple double French manicure nothing too difficult to do. I was scheduled with Aidana (the owner) for my manicure and another manicurist for the French design. However, when I showed the inspo pic to Aidana she said she could attempt it. The good: Upon walking in the salon it is well designed, clean, nicely decorated, and everyone was spread out. The receptionist was very sweet and polite. The bad: Aidana and I were chatting most of the time so I wasn't paying complete attention during the cuticle prep but she did drill too deep several times which I responded by pulling my hand back. She then used a cuticle clipper to cut the cuticles, or so she thought she actually cut the skin above my cuticles. She made a comment that I was bleeding and when I took a peek 4/5 fingers on my left hand were red, swollen and bloody she used alcohol and a green solution to stop the bleeding but when you cut too deep and too far it's hard to stop the bleeding. She proceeds to my right hand where I watched a little more careful and let her know if it hurt. After that torture, she paints my nails. The gel base itself turned out uneven on most fingers bc the lamp to cure would turned off most of the time. Which I had to remind her to hit the button. But there was also debris/dust in my gel. See video and pictures. We get done with the base and curing the color I chose, now it's time to paint the French. She couldn't do it! She tried several times but each time it was sloppy and thick. I took matters into my own hands and painted a French tip on one finger to show her how I wanted it. It literally took me 30s or less to do. She couldn't match it. She called Diana (I believe) over who is supposed to be really good at design and Diana's was worse, very sloppy. I told them to just wipe it off. At this point Aidana had become irritated and frustrated and asked if I wanted to do it myself. I initially said yes but then thought to myself why am I going to pay to do my own nails. Why would she even ask me a silly question like that? If I wanted to do my own nails I would've saved myself the drive and time sitting in that chair (2hrs). I called her back and told her to just finish with a regular manicure so I could leave. I found it very rude that she went over to the front desk and began speaking Russian to Diana and receptionist. Even if she was telling them to not charge me for something she could've said it in English as all of them spoke English. We get done with the top coat, I wash my hands which cause my fingers to bleed again, she applies cuticle oil and lotion to my hands and I head to the front desk. Aidana rushes out the door to the suite next door. The receptionist says she wasn't going to charge me for the design, reshape my nails (which I had to file again because it was sloppy) and gel removal from previous manicure. I pay and leave. I get home and take a closer look along with my husband. He was literally shocked that my fingers were cut up so bad and asked if Aidana actually did nails professionally. He's seen my work and the work of the manicurist I see in South Carolina. At this point my fingers are throbbing and painful. I email BBA for a refund. Why pay almost 80$ for a possible infection and terrible manicure. They refunded all my money. Long story short: maybe book with Olga or just find another place to go. It's not worth the pain or risk of infection for such a bad manicure to begin with. read more

Beautiful salon and nice staff. However, was a terrible experience for me. I'm sure the nails are fabulous but I would not recommend going for injections - I came in for a little bit of dysport in my "11" lines and masseter muscles + gummy smile - emphasizing minimal amounts (I'm only 30). The injector (Nur) took it upon herself to put dysport all over my forehead and temples. Now my forehead literally does not move, eyebrows have come down to create hooded lids + smile looks insane. None of it looks natural or complimentary, and I had pressure in my forehead for 2 weeks indicating "overtoxing". The salon told me they can fix it with more injections which I'm not interested in, but will not give me a refund - have to be stuck with this crazy face for the next few months, disgusting and do not recommend. read more
