I came in for eyebrow & lip wax and a pedicure. Fabulous Linda did my services, She actually knew how to trim the tops of my inner eyelashes which no one has done in years. They look terrific! I came here by referral of my neighbor who bought me a gift certificate for my birthday. The facility is nice, good selection of colors, but the customer service is lacking. As a cancer patient, recovering from a recent surgery, I was enjoying a bit of relaxation and pampering. Sam became frustrated with my foot placement during my gel pedicure and snapped at me. I hate to say it, but after that, i could no longer enjoy the experience and I wanted to get out of there as fast as I could. I usually get a gel manicure, regular pedicure ($65 for both) and eyebrow wax($12) and the quality of their work on each is absolutely worth the money. My last gel mani lasted almost 4 weeks! I would suggest making an appointment because I have gone on days where there was a wait. Sunday mornings are a great time to go. They have lots of color options and open a new pack of sanitized tools for each customer. The only thing I have questioned about this place is why they have the word organic in their name since the OPI polish is definitely not organic but there may be another option I'm not aware of. They do try to upsell you different pedicure packages and such so maybe one of those is organic. Either way it won't stop me from going back! read more

The owner doesn't respect her employees at all and one time came overt to my technician when I was there to pick a fight with her for petty issues. SO IMMATURE. My nails and feet feel like they're uncomfortable and are painful/ burning to touch because of how the technician worked on me yesterday. The interior decoration is nice. The technical skills are ok but its not good when someone gets mad and starts to take it out on their customers. We're here to enjoy ourselves not have someone be abrasive towards us! Think some of it has to do with how the tools like the trimmer were used below the nail bed to clean and made my foot bleed. My hands are hurt from the rough way my hands were treated. I had to insist that something be redone...and STILL it was horrible. It was also EXTREMELY clear that her goal was to rush through me and get to the next person. Go somewhere else and save yourself the hassle. I love getting my toes done here - the pedicurists are excellent and for the most part very considerate. One thing they could Improve on is to be mindful of the clients sitting in the chairs trying to have a relaxing moment in their day, but having to listen to noisy phone conversations emanating from the office, that totally ruin the moment. It suggests that they may not quite understand why you're there in the first place. It would help if they kept the music going and maybe closed the office door. When you first walk in, the atmosphere feels like you're at home - like that feeling you get when you finally come home after 4 terrible years of college. The interior is great and does not look cheap. I instantly felt like at home and relaxed. This place has crazy amount of color selections to choose from..so take your time!
