We felt like we got great advice from Elizabeth, and she really listened to what kind of look and feel we were going for. We then got with Daniel, our project manager, who helped turn the plans we received into reality. He was also a pleasure to work with and always provided very clear project updates via text and phone. We are overall happy with the way the shower turned out, but there were a few things that left me…read morefeeling less than satisfactory. After reviewing the scope of the project, it was estimated that it would take a week and a half to complete. Not only did it take over a month to eventually complete, the days that the team would work were unpredictable. On several occasions, as the team would leave for the day, they would tell us they will be back tomorrow, and then not show up. Or, they wouldn't be able to tell us when they would come next, and would surprise us a few days later. They ended up needing to complete this project after I had delivered my baby (original timeline would've been completed weeks prior to my due date). Additionally, we noticed there were a few design decisions that were made without consulting us, like the drywall of the shower/re-installation of the water gauge (it's now not flush with the wall and very loose) and the selection of tile at the base of the shower that doesn't match the floor. He had offered to come fix the water gauge, but after coming to look at the issue, he has not gotten back to us in 5 weeks. I had high hopes for this project, and while it still looks nice, the lack of communication made it really difficult to want to recommend Peter or use his team again for future projects.

Both projects have been without any issue. The kitchen project consisted of a complete remodel, replacing the hardwood floor and subfloor, installing all new cabinets, building and installing an island with range hood, running water and gas lines as needed, installing backsplash tile, installing granite countertops, installing recessed lighting, and painting. The work was great and he finished within the timeframe he gave us. He also matched the stain for the hardwood floor with the existing hardwood floor. The closet project consisted of framing out a new closet, installing closet doors, framing out and installing cabinets above the closet for additional storage space, and painting. We have an older home, which means that remodeling projects can be complicated by unexpected or unanticipated conditions. But Stefan and his crews did a great job.
