I simply selected the crust and added the item to my cart. Instead of resolving the problem and giving me what I paid for, Mike argued with me, repeatedly blaming me and insisting that was what I ordered. His response was dismissive and frustrating, and the conversation escalated because he would not listen when I clearly stated multiple times: I want what I paid for. Mike refused to send a corrected order, claiming I live too far away (I'm 10 minutes away), and continued pushing a credit instead of making the order right. He even blamed Vocelli's ordering issue on a "third-party app," despite me ordering through Vocelli's website. When I asked for a refund, he said he'd "try." At the end of the day, I wanted the order I paid for, not excuses, blame, or an argument. Good customer service means fixing mistakes, not blaming customers and offering credits as a default solution.
