Do not order from here Ever!!!!! We ordered from here tonight and the pizza was late arriving. we had a 7pm virtual appt and the pizza literally came right at that time. so at 8 we went out to eat only to discover that half of the order was wrong and my gluten free pizza was raw. completely Raw!!! I called them and the guy who answered the phone said I delivered it an hour ago. I explained that since it was so late getting there we had an appointment and could not open it until just now. He said the order was late because a driver left sick and there were 5 other orders. I said I understood that and explained my pizza was raw and the other was wrong. He said they would not remake it for us. I explained we did not eat any of it and they could take it with them and he they began calling me profane names. Great subs, great pizza, today I got the smaller portion lasagna with meatballs. Always good, good sauce, topped with mozzarella. Meatballs have good amount of spices, actual meatballs, not mush like some places, very tasty. A side of yummy garlic bread made for a great lunch. read more

We used to order pizza from here all the time it was always consistently good. But we will not be going back..... now they have been consistently bad. about a month ago we ordered pizza and it was completely dry & no sauce and I mean literally no sauce. We skipped ordering from there for a month and thought we try them again... However, again the pizza was dry with no sauce. So now we will not be giving them a 3rd chance. They have such great sauce. Usually terrible food gets a low rating. This location has been our go-to for office lunches for years. Today's service is completely inexcusable, and will have us forever seeking pizza elsewhere in Washington. Our lunch orders are typically $65-$90 in food, and today's order was the standard. My admin called to place our order, and as she always does attempted to order a gluten-free pizza for a co-worker. He doesn't have full blown celiac's, but certainly has noticed an intolerance. It gives him terrible gas. Last time he ate "normal" pizza, we had to work the rest of the day remotely as he blASSted the office. It's not funny. Don't laugh. When our admin mentioned the Gluten Free pizza, the man on the phone immediately said "I can't provide that service to you" and hung up. Gluten Free pizza is on the menu. Their menu. It's an option. They offer. Though small in stature, our Admin called back to see what the story was. When she tried to question why she couldn't get the gluten free pizza, the man on the other side of the phone began to yell at her. I couldn't hear what he was saying, but it certainly wasn't "sorry for the misunderstanding." Our admin asked to speak to a manager and was informed by the perturbed rage monster that he IS the manager. It's a shame that a local place with good food has the ability to alienate regular clients with a complete lack of respect or regard. Our money will spend elsewhere. We will miss the buffalo chicken pizza. It's second to none... maybe its the sheer anger and poor customer service that gives the buffalo its bite... but we cannot accept the way our sweet, innocent, child of an admin was treated. read more

This is really good pizza. Flavorful sauce, tender crust, artichokes and the good black olives. Really a wonderful surprise for a small(ish) town outside of Pittsburgh. Even made an exception to deliver to the KOA campground for me as I was tuckered from driving all day. Definitely recommend. read more

Salad was Fresh, crispy, and full of delicious tidbits and topped with sun-dried tomato vinaigrette. 2 pizzas 12" all meat and 14" with artichoke hearts, pesto, romano, Greek olives, etc: both fabulous. I will never order here again I ordered pizza for sons 20th birthday because we had been very good customers of this place , between my sons and I we ordered at least twice a week from them. The food arrived with the wrong toppings but we figured that's OK. We'll just pick around them and everybody was fine with that. I took a bite of the pizza and realized it was soaking wet and raw. That is what made me call them to let them know that they were putting out raw pizza. The first person I spoke to relay the information to somebody else that person got on the phone and said, " I find that hard to believe. 1st time here and may only issue was the fact that it's a small place and no masks for the 2 closest employees and a customer who knew everyone came in talking loud and laughing. I love the food and the quick delivery. The batter on the onion rings is addictive. As a shut in severely disabled, it's important to have great food so close by. Just got a delivery to my office. There is a note on the front door of the office that says MASK REQUIRED. The driver had no mask on. I told him he needed one to be in the office and he said "sorry". Did not put one on. I called Olive Oils and told them and the guy that answered the phone said "oh that is Bob he has health problems" I said, "so do I and I wear a mask. " He said that Bob has COPD. I have a few steps into my building and my desk is right inside the door. It would not have hurt him to wear a mask for literally one minute. Whoever I talked to was rude!! I ordered a pizza with sausage and didn't receive any sausage mind you the pizza I ordered you have to pay extra for sausage...I called the manager Robert told me to bring the pizza back because he made the pizza and he swears he put sausage on it so I took it back when I got the and he seen his mistake he flips and tells me NO REFUND and he wasn't remaking my pizza...now I could have stepped out of character but I didn't I waited til today Monday to take to the owner...When I tell you I'm disappointed in his response first off he wouldn't let me in the restaurant to give him the pizza because I am Black he was afraid...I'm a women I was calm and I had a officer with me so I didn't understand why he was so afraid....What I will say is I believe Allen is RACIST and so is Robert the manager I was told I would be giving a new pizza and as soon as he seen a Black Woman he started to be very defensive and aggressive...I froze the pizza to bring to Allen this morning and he basically told Never come back and he wasn't remaking anything or refunding me......#racistowner #nevereathere read more
