He referred us to a fantastic plumber (Eddy Ks Plumbing and Heating) that fixes leaks under slabs and he did a phenomenal job. We still wanted to replace the water heater so Joe was patient while all the excavation, repair, and restoration work was done. Joe did a great job replacing our water heater and even built a new stand/table for it. We were billed what we were quoted and he showed up on time and was very professional. We will definitely call him for any future heating, cooling or plumbing needs.

The owner checked the unit with his carbon monoxide tester. Had a high reading of over 700 parts per mil. The owner was able to get me a new furnace and was able to install the same day. All it a very good price. He will come back this spring and install a new AC system that he gave me a price for. This price was half the price of other that I had gotten. I hired Blue Dream in May 2022 to install a tankless Navien and it was a nightmare. They quoted a…read morelow price, but Luis just did not have the competence to do the job correctly. He put the Nuvo softener on the wrong line, so my water was cloudy, gross, and not even getting filtered. The system leaked everywhere because he used PVC piping instead of copper, and he couldn't even fix the issue of the water taking more than a minute to heat up every time. This is because he failed to install necessary valves and regulators. He also mounted the expansion tank incorrectly, missed that the PRC valve was set too high, and didn't replace a pipe that was restricting water flow. A year later, the company still hadn't fixed any of this, missed an appointment, and then vanished into thin air for six weeks. I had no idea if they were even still in business and had to pay $400 to other plumbers because I was stuck with no hot water. Then I paid $1700 to a Bernalillo company that actually knew what they were doing, and they fixed everything in one day, so obviously I'm not crazy here. Blue Dream refused to pay for their mistakes and kept trying to lie their way out of it, telling me these other places just wanted my money. Then they disappeared entirely, so my only option was to take them to court to recoup the $2500 for legal fees and everything else. Look, Blue Dream might mean well, but this is a mom-and-pop operation run out of the owner's home and they have disconnected numbers and broken web sites all over the place. They disappear for weeks at a time, and they hide from customers who figure out that they don't have a clue. They can probably handle simple repairs, but if you want a major job done correctly, they are NOT the way to go.

Johnathan was more than eager to check it out. He arrived quickly and checked out what he could, including crawling in a flooded crawlspace to find the problem. When he emerged, he offered several plans of action. I was hesitant, as there were a lack of reviews for J&J, as well as not as much experience compared to some other companies. I also had no other estimates to go by. Not knowing what to expect, I found his estimate to be very fair. What impressed me though was his enthusiasm, confidence and dedication. I asked him if he was sure it could be done, and he replied, "It has to". I agreed to have him start the next day but was still wary. He called early the next day and said they were on the way, arriving earlier than expected. He and his partner then labored very hard for over 8 hours (removing concrete, and many buckets of dirt) digging a very deep hole in a very confined space. To be honest when they left, I was worn out, and all I did was mostly watch. Their stamina was amazing. My plumbing was convoluted, but they never got discouraged and everything was "We're getting closer". When the leak was found they expertly repaired it. Then they refilled the hole and cleaned up. The whole time J&J was diligent, friendly, extremely hard working, professional and focused. Because of how many issues they faced, and the labor involved, he charged me the high end of his estimate. I saw what they went through, and even at the high end of their estimate, I feel I ripped them off. I can't remember being so impressed by any other company in a long time, and they have earned my respect and commitment for all future plumbing needs. If you're researching J&J and question the lack of reviews, you have my word that these guys are top notch, and well worth the effort to talk with them. This was a review for the first part of repair. J&J will be back in a few days to replace the floor and reinstall the appliances that were moved.
