Rodney Ochesky, who is a RVTAA Certified Technician and owner of Treasure Valley Mobile RV figured out the additional problem. He found the other problem which was the neutral wire to the node was not connected. I'm not exactly sure what that means but we are now in our camper! He was magically brilliant and so fair with his service call price. Do you know how we found this magician? He was servicing the RV next to us and I asked for his card as he was on the way to another service call. When we called him he said he'd be here within the hour and he was! Although Tammys with RV Repair was unavailable for 13 days, he called me that night around 730. He walked me through several potential solutions for about 40 minutes when we were able to resolve the problem. Shelby told us to get the RV towed in and he would take a quick look to see if he could determine our problem.
