    Window completely gone!

What a fantastic experience! The service department (TR) got us in for an emergency replacement of a broken window. The service tech (Rich) was super fast but also very friendly, including tightening up our other windows and helping us with our steps. These guys really know what they are doing.

Other than not being open on Sunday and Monday, we don't have any complaints. It's over 700 miles round trip so it is usually something we need want upgraded or has stumped us trying to fix. Most of our maintenance is self completed.

I operate an Airstream rental service (www.nomadbydesign.com) and store my Airstream at Airstream Adventures Northwest, Idaho. I have worked with many Airstream dealers across the county and AANI is leaps and bounds ahead of any other dealer I've encountered. The entire team is absolutely great to work with and has consistently delivered on their promises, and on-time. They genuinely care about their customers and the service they provide is exceptional (as it should be when dealing with a luxury product). I highly recommend working with AANI for a respectful and personable experience!

These guys are awesome! Dropped in for a light bulb and ended up getting a water fill up as well. Next day we had to go back to blow out our hot water heater exhaust. Devin fit us in over lunch time and cleared it out free of charge. Jeff kept us entertained and most likely ended up selling us our next rig. Can't wait to come back! If you have an Airstream or are in the market, be sure to drop in.

    I am blessed beyond measure!

I had an Airstream Dream and Airstream Adventure Northwest helped make my dream come true. My grandmother had a huge 30 foot classic Airstream and I thought she was the coolest grandmother in the universe... because she was! My mom took me camping when I was a child but when I became a "grown up", I didn't have anyone to go camping with. I was diagnosed with lupus and that later developed into pulmonary hypertension (PAH as it is called). I was told most people only live about 5 years once they are diagnosed with PAH - that was 10 years ago now. Praise the Lord! I spent the first five of those ten years being sad that I was going to die! I forgot how to "live" and be happy in the moment. I realized I was only going to get to live once, so I decided I needed to go LIVE. I wanted to do the things I always dreamed of doing, So I did. I got myself a car that could tow and then I bought myself my very own Airstream. It really is a dream come true. And the impossible became possible. Airstreams are the best camper for someone who may have some physical limitations because they are easier to hook up and operate. For someone who is just starting out, trying to figure out if they want a box camper or an airstream, it's like an Airstream is an iPad verses the other brands are like a scientific calculator. And you do feel special when you own an Airstream. It's like you get your very own bake potato crown! I bought my camper from Airstream Adventure NW in Portland. Dusty is my champ who took care of me there. Dusty rocks. I had custom upgrades done to my camper. It was sent to their sister company called "Ultimate Airstream" and my camper did become a very ULTIMATE Airstream!!! I have a washer/dryer combo unit, custom desk and a Tiffany Blue sofa. I had some electrical problems with my camper when I was out traveling and some skanky RV dealer wanted to charge me $950 just to diagnose it! However, Kelly at Airstream Adventure NW in Boise got all my stuff taken care of. And his staff are honest and trust worthy. While my camper was in their shop getting repaired, I had my diamond ring in the top drawer in my kitchen along with a good bit of cash. Nothing was ever taken or moved and it would have been very easy to have taken these things. These are way cool good people! I think the Boise location is my favorite location of the Airstream Adventure NW group, because they have actual campsites at their facility for people so got camp there while you get repairs or if you just want to stop in for an overnight howdy. I thought it was way awesome to offer full hookup campsites WITH a picnic table! If you are buying an Airstream for the first time, the Boise location is a great place to buy from because they aren't as busy as the other locations and they have the camp sites. This gives you the advantage to get to practice camp at an airstream location. If you have any problems or questions, you have an airstream neighbor one campsite away! I live in Houston, Texas. I will tell anyone from anywhere in the US or Canada that they should go to Airstream Adventure Northwest to buy their Airstream. They are just a first class operation on all levels ... sales, service, dog friendly and FREE CAMPING!

They did a great job servicing our airstream. Even washed it for us. They were super responsive too.

I was very impressed with Airstream Adventures NW in Caldwell, Idaho the first time I did business with them.

Disappointed by unmet commitments. I purchased a 2022 Keystone Hideout from Happy Camper…read more After explaining I planned to live in it full time, year-round in Idaho. Before the sale, I discussed removing the bunk beds and making sure the trailer met my needs. The bunks were never removed as requested; I handled that myself. I was told the trailer would be ready for off-grid use, but the inverter was not installed at delivery. The brake controller that was promised was also omitted until I asked about it. I made an extra trip for the inverter install, delaying my move. After waiting, I was told the unit failed. I did receive an upgrade, which I appreciated, but ultimately had to install it myself. The biggest disappointment came after I got it home. Based on our discussions, I was told I was buying a four-season trailer. I relied on representations during the sales process that reasonably led me to expect a true four-season trailer. After taking delivery, I found exposed tanks and plumbing inconsistent with that expectation. I am now facing roughly $2,500 in materials and many hours labor just to make it suitable for the use I explained from the start. I expected better follow-through based on what was discussed. If I had known all of this up front, I would have made a different decision. I want to be clear that the service team did their very best to meet my needs, and I appreciate their efforts. Unfortunately, the overall sales process and the expectations set during the sale failed miserably.

We boondock almost exclusively in SW Wyoming. Prior to finding this listing online, we'd never heard of the KZ brand, and were hesitant to drive 7 hours each way to buy an rv we'd never been inside. But after lots and lots of back and forth with Frank, we knew we'd found the right rv for us and made the purchase sight unseen. The pickup went off without a hitch, we had a trade in, and their review of it was exactly what we expected. As we left the dealership and got on the interstate, the black plastic moulding around the front cap came out and was flapping around at 80 mph! It was a VERY hot week, and we were told by KZ this can happen in extreme heat. KZ was awesome and ended up sending replacement material. We'd planned to camp a few days on the way home and almost immediately, it was clear we had two issues: it seemed like the solar panels weren't operating as expected, and the generator didn't seem like it was refilling the batteries. Frank was great (again) and got my husband in contact with Jason Thomas, the service department manager. Jason worked very closely with us for WEEKS to figure the issues out. He was so very patient and walked us through all of the different electrical and mechanical components of the rv over the phone. He understood how far we'd travelled and was invested in helping us troubleshoot without having to bring it back over to their service department (even the closest Camping World is over 3 hours away, so this remote troubleshooting saved us $$$ in fuel alone). As one example, we thought the converter was bad at one point, Jason had one overnighted to arrive before a weekend he knew we were going camping. He was very proactive and would touch base every few days to get readings from the various controllers, all as part of figuring out what the systems were telling us. I do not think we could have done this without him. We are now on our second trip since getting everything nailed down, and I can say we are THRILLED with both Camping World and KZ. Frank was incredible pre-sale, and Jason's help post-sale has made us Camping World/Caldwell fans for life!

I live 400 miles away and had to do everything online and via: phone with a salesman. The RV was advertised as including an "RVQ" outside gas grill, but when I got there and did the orientation I found out this particular model doesn't come with it, despite their advertising and listings saying it did. The salesman was apologetic and tried to make it right but the general manager refused to honor THEIR listing. It's only a $200 grill, but it's the principle of the whole thing. This business has no integrity OR customer service skills. This place has forever lost my business and any referral I may have given. My advice to anyone buying an RV from this place: GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING, AND EVEN IF THEIR LISTING DESCRIBES SOMETHING THAT'S INCLUDED, MAKE DAMN SURE YOU GET IT.

Next it was "the refrigerator in your 2015 rv is not working, how about a different rv with chocolate colored upholstery? OK. Next it was "be here at 11 to sign paperwork. We sat for over an hour waiting to sign paperwork. Next, it was Gomer Pyle is going to do your walk-through. Mind you we were trading in an RV, but Gomer had to show us how to turn water on and shut doors. It was over 100 degrees at the time and the inside of the trailer was well sweltering. We asked the guy if he could skip the basics. When we got home, we discovered that he had ripped and wadded up some of our papers and shoved them in a drawer. When we looked at the trailer the 1st time, it had an electric jack, when we picked it up, it did not. One of the entrance doors was warped, the service technicians said "this is how you fix that". He proceeded to bend and twist the door. The upholstery was not chocolate, we asked if this was the original trailer, because that trailer's refrigerator wasn't working? They reassured us it was not. Long story short, our 2015 RV has been in the shop for two months getting leaks fixed, doors repaired, a bowed table replaced, broken screens for the windows replaced and the refrigerator repaired. When we picked it up at the Boise Nelsons, the battery was dead so they had to hook up the mobile charger for our electric jack to work. When we got it home, the slides would not work. Very disappointed in the quality and lack of good customer service. They made the sell, now they don't care.
