To be honest, I had a very long interaction which took over 5 visits to just get a dashcam installation. I had my own VIOFO dashcam. The dashcam was installed the first time and I paid the full amount, wherein I was promised that I won't have to pay for wiring related issues for lifetime. The dashcam constantly rebooted and would turn on in normal mode even when it should not. I understand the issue was related to faulty dash cam hardwire kit, but it took so much effort to diagnose and resolve, while expected this to be resolved much sooner. I informed Minh just after installation but he asked me to come around 4 times to do small adjustments every time without actually solving the problem until the last visit. I had myself recommended to change the hardwire kit and I had already brought a new one. Minh refused to replace it for first 3 times and finally on 4th time agreed and charged me again. The issues - I had already asked to replace the kit on the second visit but was refused, a real professional would have agreed to do the best to solve the problem not save the money - They should been able to diagnose the problem with reboot but they couldn't - they should not have asked me to pay again to fix an issue present from day one of installation - I was refused walkin and had to make appointments for all 5 visits and felt deprioritized when I visited and given odd hours like 8:30am in the morning. Or 3pm on a working day The good - Minh always agreed to inspect my vehicle and personally inspected - He always gave me an appointment whenever asked - he gave me discount whenever requested - He spent significant effort on this Your experience may vary but this is my honest review. I believe it's partly due to bringing my own dashcam. But I expected Minh to diagonals issue earlier and shouldn't have required 5 visits, as I already had suggested the actual fix in second visit itself to change hardwire kit. read more

I had just purchased a 2019 Civic Type R and needed a dash camera install ASAP, always have to protect your investment! I wanted quality work but did not want to pay skyrocket prices that dealerships charge, but still wanted quality work. When I looked up installers on Yelp MNM Mobile Solutions was the closest to me, but as mentioned by a previous review, it only had (then for me) 2 reviews. However, one of the reviews was for a dash cam and the quality of work looked great so I called, spoke to Minh, and was set up with an appointment. When arrived Minh was there ready to go. He started by doing a walkthrough with me on my car and explained that because it was a hatch, there'd be an additional fee, which we spoke about over the phone. I expressed my concern regarding how I wanted the camera placements and look to be as if it was factory installed. Minh reassured me that it would and then walked me through how he was going to do that. Then the work began. Minh treated my car with the utmost care and respect. He never forced anything open, used proper tools when taking apart the panels, and never forced anything. He is extremely thorough with his work, I found out he had been in the industry for over 10 years and despite that, he always double checked his work making sure his work was of the utmost highest quality. When they advertise professional installation they mean PROFESSIONAL. After Minh finished, he walked me through the features and functions of the dash camera. I opted for both the rear and front, his work was AMAZING, when I drive I can't even see the front dash camera, and the rear barely has any wires exposed. It truly looks as if it was installed at the factory, I doubt even a dealership could do better. As you can see in my pictures I have before and after everything is clean, nice, and tight. Overall very personable and professional. My expectations were exceeded. They go above and beyond and I have no regrets! I'm glad I took my car to MNM it was the best installation experience I've had. read more

Brought my Civic type R here to get some work done for peace of mind- Dash cam install and hardwiring, etc. Minh was awesome to work with and is definitely an expert at his craft. He was very patient and talked me through the process. He offered me options that fit my budget and set up. Install was clean and they accommodated my preferences. During Amazon Prime I got a great deal on a dashcam but I did not want to install it because it had a rear view camera and I wanted it hard wired to the fuse box. I called MnM and got a quote and an appointment. The dash cam works perfectly and you cannot see the wires. 2 years ago, I had an aftermarket alarm installed in my '95 Suburban by a different shop, but I've always had problems with it. Sometimes it would get stuck in "kill" mode, in other words no communication from the ignition to the starter. I was tired of dealing with the original installer, so I called MnM. Minh came over to my home and inside of a half hour he removed the entire alarm, and the truck started right away. He did this knowing I was a brand-new customer but treated me like we've been doing business for years and probably saved me over $300.00 in towing fees. I had a pretty complicated car to work on in which my fuse box was located in two areas, but they managed to handle it well and even asked for me to come back in case there were any issues. The radio in my Jeep wouldn't turn off and drained my battery. Took my Jeep to his shop and he did some troubleshooting and said it could of been the module but everything seemed to be working. He said he could order a new module but it would take a week. Came home and later that afternoon the radio was still draining my battery. I texted Minh and said the problem was still happening. He came to my home the next day...without me requesting it...and installed a switch to allow me to reset the module. Its a temporary fix until I determine my next steps but I was truly impressed with the customer service Minh provided. He could of said, you need to replace the module for $200 and just wait until the module came in and left it at that but he wanted to make sure I could still use my Jeep for work. Who does that?
