Be careful of using this organization !! they do work that isn't licensed as well as the quality of work, even when brought to their attention will not necessarily be fixed. We have been using Mary Lopez with MNS Professional Services Inc for a few years now, originally we started using her for one-off cleanings when things got bad, however, starting in 2022 we decided to try using Mary on a more regular basis as I was getting tired of spending half my Saturday cleaning and I need to say this was one of the better decision I have made. Mary now comes for about an hour and a half to two hours once a week to clean up after me, my partner, and our 5 cats. Mary is both efficient and thorough when she is here. I just wish I could keep the space look as good as it does after she is done with her work, however, that is just not in the stars, personally blame the cats. But it does free up my weekends for more important/fun tasks that I just didn't have the time for. Further Mary is very professional, she always communicates if she is running late or early. Also knowing that I work from home she has been extremely respectful of that and has been more than willing to work around and accommodate my schedule. For example, if I know I have a meeting while she is here, she will prioritize cleaning other areas before moving into my office. Finally, Mary is very friendly and willing to chat with you like a friend or acquaintance, or if that is not your thing Mary is excellent about staying out of the way so that you will not even know she is around. I did not hire this company for two reasons. 1)The price they quoted was way too high for the job I asked them to do. Dusting, mop floor, clean bathroom and wipe down cabinets in the kitchen. No bedrooms and only one bathroom. I was going to clean up all clutter before they arrived to clean. Maria said it would take 6-7 hours at $100 per hour. The last time we had someone come in, it took two hours to do exactly the same thing. And cost less than $200 plus we tip very well. 2) After the initial consultation at 3pm, another lady from the same company came to my door expecting to clean (at 5:30 in the evening? I think not!). I had not even decided at that time. No, I figure if they are asking that kind of money, I'll do it myself a little at a time and keep my money. We had to buy medicine cabinets with the wrong color finish in order to match our design, and Marcos sanded and stained them inside and out - you can't tell they were ever the wrong color. Wow! I hired them the week of because I needed a deep cleaning in my grandma's house ASAP. Within minutes of requesting a quote, Mary got back to me right away. She gave me the accurate prices and was transparent about the entire process. My grandma didn't want anyone to come into her house and clean her stuff because she thought she could do. When the ladies came, Lorena and Maury they got to work right away. They made my grandma feel very comfortable in her home and didn't mind when I would check in occasionally on their work. I do have to note that at the same time as their cleaning, the handyman and movers were coming in and out and everyone was on top of each other. They were very accommodating and I do not feel like the quality of work was affected at all. I was very surprised when Mary, who is actually the owner, stopped by to check to make sure I was satisfied and to see if I had any additional questions. There were a few spots that I wanted cleaned a bit more and didn't hesitate or seem annoyed at all when I did ask--I'm sure it can be annoying. The house was a bit warm so I cranked on the A/C but even when it wasn't on for that short 20 minutes they never complained. I would recommend this cleaning service to anyone-the price and customer service is WORTH EVERY PENNY! What started as a one time deep cleaning will not turn into a recurring monthly cleaning. Honestly, i wasnt going to leave a review. How hard could it be my condo is less than 1,000 sq ft with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathrooom and nothing was in the house except appliances ( fridge, microwave, washer and dryer) Firstly, I chose this company because of all the amazing reviews & i decided to leave a review because had i read a review like mine i wouldnt have wasted my hard earned money on a cleaning when i would have to go back and clean it on my hands and knees myself. Now the lady who is in charge Mary is a very nice lady but niceness cannot make up for paying for a deep clean and not getting a deep clean. I am not sure why i got such terrible service when others here have gotten great service. Lets start with the first clean( yes the first clean) i was moving into a new place and the previous tenants cleaned but I wanted a deep clean, the nooks and crannies that you wouldnt get to on a regular basis and of course the things you would. There are so many things i can point out but i will try to keep this review as short as possible. Theres a closet that houses my washer and dryer and as you can imagine it can get quite dirty due to the dryer. The cleaner claimed to clean it with a toothbrush ( the smallest equipment they had) and nothing would come off . Well when i wiped it with a dry papertowel a bunch of dust came off.... also there was dust in many common places like in the bathroom cabinets when they had just finished cleaning !!! How was this a deep clean when they hadnt even gotten common areas?? Certaintly not worth the price. Maria, as i explained before was nice and ask the ladies to come back and clean one complained that the dust could not come off and it needed to be painted. Somehow magically by using the brush and a little effort they were able to get off the dirt ( they didnt take off all of it but wow what a big improvement from you should paint it. They also cleaned other areas ( behind the fridge ) Get this they say they couldnt get beside the fridge because it was too heavy .. lol LIARS. My fridge is on wheels !! I am 110 pounds and i rolled it out of the way for them. Now after i had to show them what needs to be cleaned there were still more areas that were dirty. I decided not to ask them to come back because 3 times is just crazy and i got on my hands and knees and scrubbed the entire place myself. Now i opted for the cleaning services because i have a son and i am very busy and i was looking foward to using them on a monthly basis if it fit in my budget . But this was absolutley crazy !!!!!! Im out close to $300 when i had to get on my own hands and knees. This place has many good reviews and MAYBE you will have a good experience with them but this is my very negative experience and i am very sorry i chose them read more

Pros: Mary is timely in responding when contacted and available to clean the next day after initial contact. Cons: Was quoted $100-$150 for a deep clean however I told Mary I only needed two restrooms and all floors and baseboards cleaned. When her crew showed up, I was told they needed 3 hours and 3 crew members to clean, totaling $315, which would result in the cost of more than a deep clean yet less of the house would be cleaned. I then requested 2 hours and 1 crew member and was disappointed with the quality of work after 3 hours of cleaning. Only two restrooms were cleaned and not all floors were cleaned. They did not vacuum the floors, simply mopped which moved all the dust/hairs around each room. When I checked the Nest camera in my sons room, they only mopped the room for a minute. Unsure of what the crew member actually cleaned for 3 hours. Disappointed in the cleanliness of my home considering the time and money spent. read more

Their price was a little more than the quote initially given to me, but I'm assuming it was because of the severity of my house. My blinds look completely new now and their attention to detail around the house is outstanding. I was looking at several cleaning services and asked for several quotes, bright and shine gave me a reasonable quote for the services so I decided to go with them. I have a 1 Bed, 1 bathroom condo about 728 sqft. I called in scheduled my appt for 7am. They arrived a little past 7am but I didn't wait long. 2 lovely ladies came and cleaned everything. They deep clean your bathroom and kitchen. Your microwave will be cleaned on the inside but larger appliances they just wipe the outside. Everything took about 2 hrs. Overall I'm very happy with my service. Would definitely recommend calling Mary to schedule a cleaning if you're thinking about getting one. And they take Venmo which is super convenient. read more

Mary is so sweet, very friendly and personable yet very professional, the same applies for Marcos. The day of the actual appointment Mary, Marcos and their team came and concord, to say the least. Those guys literally scrubbed the walls, so hard working, they did not miss a spot. In my opinion, even though I saw some reviews about them being priced too high; walking through and taking a look might be a little bit more deceiving than when it comes to the actual day of cleaning. Seeing those guys work the way they do, with the result you will get, they are absolutely worth every penny. I would always choose to support a hardworking, small family business and pay a little more and actually receive quality service than go with a big company and will be frustrated afterwards (experience talking). I am so thankful for these ladies' help today. Marlene (I think that's her name) and Claudia did a fantastic job in my tiny 709 sq ft one-bedroom apartment. They worked lightning fast. Truly within a little over an hour they were done. What stood out the most was that they re-organized some of things to give me more space.
