Jasmine Green Tea, 0 Sugar, and 30% Ice. Keto Friendly!

If you like Popcorn Chicken, you'll love this place. If you've never had Popcorn Chicken before, check out what you've been missing out on. Prepared to be addicted to it.. lol My fiancee loves the Sweet Potato Fries, and the Ice Cream. Enjoy!

Lavender milk tea + lychee jelly (25% sweetness) & (medium spicy) popcorn chicken. So yummy! Plenty of party and indoor/outdoor seating available.

Oolong Milk Tea

4.5/5? Visited for the first time and it's a cute little place. Big variety of tea which was great. They even had something called Hazelnut Milk Tea, never heard of that before and sounded good! Was unsure what to try for the first time. I was stuck between ordering a Jasmine Milk Tea or Oolong Milk Tea, two of my absolute favorite milk teas. I went with the Oolong Milk Tea and ordered 50% sweetness as they had a scale of: 0%, 50% or 100%. At other places I usually opt for the lowest amount of sweetness which is usually 20% or 30% but here it was 50%. I also ordered it with 0% ice as again they didn't have 20% or 30% ice which I usually go with. And I didn't want half my drink to be ice as that seems like WAYYYY too much ice? Or is that just me? Haha. I also noticed that they didn't have a good range of non-dairy milk alternatives like coconut milk or oat milk. Instead they only had soy milk. Then they had an original option which the server explained meant whole milk and they had creamer too which was half and half. I decided to go for that. I got it with boba pearls too. Next time, I may try it with soy milk. The drink was actually huge, as you can see from the photo and I was pleased to see that. Good price, too. They didn't have a loyalty system, which would've been nice! Maybe something they can implement? The taste of the drink was amazing. The oolong was brewed super strongly and it was very rich tasting. Probably the strongest oolong milk tea, I've tried! The milk added a creamy touch to it and the sweetness was great too, although at first it threw me off a teeny tiny bit. I wish they had a better sliding scale as 50% sweetness is still a bit too high for my liking. Please have 20% or 30% sweetness as an option! Then the drink would be perfect. The bobas were not too soft and not too chewy and hard. So they were great too! I loved the rich, roasted taste of the oolong, mhmmm! Can't wait to come back and try their Jasmine Milk Tea too!

Carmel Milk Tea with Coffee Jellies

Desert for breakfast! As it was my birthday and my best friends know my weakness - French toast, sweets. They killed it with this recommendation! I love the combo of presentation and tastiness. Watching this beauty be prepared built up a craving for it. The seating areas were closed due to COVID but pickup (they'll let you wait inside out of the cold/rain) and delivery within that area still available. However, I wish someone warned me about the size. I should of pick the smallest size. It was heartbreaking to see it melt away before my second stomach could kick in . The tea was okay. I usually love milk tea, but that drink was a no go. Maybe a bad mix? I'll have to try again and update you guys later. Any suggestions on combinations for the milk tea?

Avocado smoothie with rainbow jelly and boba

Omg this place is so damn good! My daughter and I are obsessed. I always get their fresh avocado smoothie with rainbow jelly and boba. SO GOOD. My daughter loves their strawberry smoothie with strawberry and mango jelly. I've also ordered their mini mochi brick toast and it's amazing! Slightly chewy bread but it's still tasty! Their presentation is just adorable and we order from them all the time.

I can't believe I lived down the street from this place for two years and just now checked this place out. I thought it was just another hot tea place. So, finally, I looked up the place. It's so not just another hot tea place! They have plenty of bubble tea options. And some that I don't normally see in other shops. What caught my attention was the desserts! Just look at the pictures of these monstrosities! They're huge! My two kids and I shared the S'mores n More brick toast. And we were all full. There's no way any single person can finish one of those on their own, so please bring a friend to share! I can't wait to return to try their shaved ice cream. I visited Taiwan last year and am hoping it is somewhat reminiscent of the shaved ice seen in night markets. There's nothing quite like it. I'm only lowering it one star because of how expensive it was. It's a bit overpriced but worth it for a once in a while treat.

Brick toast- Matcha Fever

The wait was too long; took 15 minutes just to get our order... and there wasn't too many orders before ours. Overall the boba is meh and the staff service was pretty poor. In addition, they had this "special" where you can get 10% off your purchase if you follow their Instagram.... complete scam! Not even true. It was so rude because I asked the person (guy) working for the discount, and he just nodded, proceeded to throw the ticket at me and then didn't even grab it when I tried to hand it back to him so it just fell to the ground. Not sure what's going on with the management here, but definitely will not be coming back and will only be going to T4. Thanks for nothing

Good place for bubble tea and snacks. I liked the matcha green tea (half sugar) with the egg custard. They also serve some snacks - we got the sweet potato fries and popcorn chicken...the popcorn chicken seasoning reminds me of the ones that they use at the night market (now I just need to find out the secret seasoning blend). We ordered some other drinks...oreo milk tea, taro smoothie, coconut smoothie, and regular milk tea. Overall, good place with good service. I will have to try the shaved ice and the brick toast next time.

wowowowowowowoW! The only things keeping me away, is that it is about a 25 minute drive from my house and that if I frequented this place as much as I wanted to, I would-without a doubt-develop Adult Type II Diabetes. I'm not much of a connoseiur with Boba, and Asian-desserts such as Brick Toast. But, I do know what I like, and I like this place!

Results- - Canned (not fresh) peaches used in drink. This may have caused weird aftertaste that does not have that familiar peach flavor like other places. - Flavor is way too sweet for 50%. - Light ice was done correctly When I walked away I quickly realized that they did not add my crystal boba toppings to my drink. I just had a few slices of lemons. After walking back to let them know, the girl who prepared my drink admitted to the guy that I questioned the issue about that she forgot to add it. No apologies from the girl directly and it was passive but only from the guy whom I mentioned the issue to. They have a lot of young kids working here and it looks like they work fast but they need to read the ingredients to fulfill the order correctly and to be consistent. I may give this place another try but will be sorely disappointed if they miss the mark again. (FYI- This exact location used to be Nobibi which quickly went downhill and this new business took over.)

On Friday k come in ready to try a few things and the owner snaps at me and tells me why she doesn't understand why I thought they made it on a Fridays, they've only ever made it on Saturday. I explained we saw the paper and she said no that was for something else. I then SUGGESTED she put up a sign explaining that tanghulu was made only in Saturdays and she started arguing with me about why I was wrong. I again explained it was a suggestion. At that point I should have just walked out, this store is only open like 4 days a week and the days it is opened they barely sell anything! My friends play an Avatar based d&d so I got some of these candy games for them and we got two parfaits (one raspberry chocolate one strawberry.) we told her we wanted our order to go. She handed our food to us without lids and we had to ask for them. My ice cream was okay, it was vanilla soft serve, with strawberries, and strawberry sauce, nothing crazy (but better at McBees!) but my partners was GROSS! The raspberry was overpowering and even though it didn't list coffee it had a STRONG flavor of coffee. I hate coffee. We ended up throwing his away it was so gross! The staff is so friendly and helpful. They told us the man working in the kitchen only works on Saturdays, which is when he makes special treats like the Ube Japanese cheesecake! This is a good one! It's very light and delicious, a perfect treat for Ube lovers. Love matcha? No problem, they have so many matcha flavored treats. I went with the mini taiyaki matcha drizzle.
